Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device that is inserted into the ear canal, and relates to an ear canal insertion device that is inserted so as to be able to treat a disability telangiectasia, in which the ear canal is sometimes or continuously opened.
- Ear canal opening is a symptom of physical disability that sometimes causes the ear canal to open continuously, and it experiences self-resonance. In severe cases, sounds that are inaudible to the normal person, such as all of the patient's breathing, speech, swallowing, and heartbeats, cause the patient to vibrate the eardrum directly, creating a sound effect that looks like a bucket over his head.
- Symptoms of patients with telangiectasia can vary from hot flashes to severe disturbances in daily life. In some cases, hot flashes that occur during pregnancy may disappear naturally after childbirth. If the weight suddenly decreases due to excessive diet, the weight may recover and the symptoms may disappear. If this is not a temporary symptom, it will cause a significant obstacle to the patient's social activities. In this case, treatment should be actively attempted.
- telangiectasia is divided into medical treatment and surgical treatment.
- edema of the nasopharyngeal inlet mucosa is created by dripping the nasopharyngeal inlet mucosa of the ear canal with premarin nasal solution, potassium iodide saturated solution, atropine anticholinergine, etc. It can be applied as an initial treatment.
- surgical treatment includes tympanic incision and ventilation tube insertion, increased tympanic stiffness, intubation of the nasopharyngeal oropharyngeal tube, insertion of the catheter of the nasopharyngeal canal, insertion of a plug or catheter in the middle ear canal, palatal pancreas dislocation and wing hook excision,
- tympanic incision and ventilation tube insertion are limited to relief of symptoms of changes in the middle ear pressure and movement of the eardrum, and are thought to have little effect on self-healing, and the increase in the eardrum stiffness can be expected to relieve the subjective symptoms of telangiectasia.
- the injection of the ear canal is not high in symptom improvement compared to the difficult procedure.
- the insertion of the catheter at the entrance of the catheter is highly likely to escape the catheter, and the excision of the palatal extensor muscle potential and wing hook requires resection, and the occlusion can completely eliminate the symptoms of telangiectasia, but is permanent. In some cases, you may need to insert a phosphorus tube.
- the present invention is to propose a tube insertion mechanism that can be used for the insertion technology or the catheter insertion technology in the middle ear tube.

- the object of the present invention is to provide the most effective size of the tube insertion mechanism that alleviates the symptoms of biceps ductosis but does not block the flow of air in the tube.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a tube insertion mechanism, which is inserted into the tube and is visible on X-rays, to which a material is applied.
- the tube insertion mechanism is inserted into the expanded tube and the tail portion is provided with an oval cross-section;
- the tail portion is characterized in that the length ratio of the cross section of one end and the other end connected to the head is 2.0: 1.0.
- an inorganic material or a metal is included in any one or more of the engaging portion, the head portion, and the tail portion, and thus a marking portion is provided.
- an antibiotic is coated on the surface of any one or more of the engaging portion, the head portion and the tail portion.
- the steroid is coated on the surface of any one or more of the engaging portion, the head portion and the tail portion.
- the present invention can be used in the middle ear canal inlet plug or catheter insertion technique, and can be provided in the ear canal insertion mechanism that can be permanently used by being inserted into the canal.
- the present invention can provide a tube insertion mechanism provided with a locking portion so as not to slip or fall out of the tube during sneezing or movement of the patient.
