Abstract

본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법은 (a) 유체가 담긴 제1 챔버 내 반도체 발광소자들을 투입하고, 상기 제1 챔버 상부로 기판을 이송하는 단계; (b) 전기장 및 자기장을 이용하여 상기 반도체 발광소자들을 상기 기판의 기 설정된 위치에 안착시키는 단계; (c) 유체가 담긴 제2 챔버 내 노즐홀을 포함하는 유체 분사 모듈을 배치하고, 상기 제2 챔버 상부로 상기 반도체 발광소자들이 조립된 기판을 이송하는 단계; (d) 상기 노즐홀이 상기 기판의 기 설정된 위치에 해당하지 않는 영역을 향하도록 상기 유체 분사 모듈을 정렬시키는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 유체 분사 모듈을 이동시키면서 상기 기판에 대하여 연속적으로 유체를 분사시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
