Definitions
- This invention relates to transparent insulation panels providing heat insulation of all environments requiring heat protection, mainly ice cream cabins, butcher cabins, cold drinks cabins, deep freezers, patisserie cabins and market stores etc. used for cooling and storing in food sector.
- Cooling cabins and stores are heavily used in food sector in order to store food products without spoiling for long time and offer them to customers at required temperature. Such types of storing instruments are preferred since they allow visibility of products located inside them.
- Transparent glass panels are used for this purpose. Glass panels are obtained by means of combining more than one glass parallel to each other preferably. Laths which also provide insulation are used to mount glasses to each other in parallel as well as mounting panels obtained in this way to each other. The laths can be made from various different materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and plastic materials today. Finally produced protection environment is transparent and thus the laths are visible from outside after mounting.
- the patent numbered TR2017/09061 in the related art discloses a cooler storing chamber consisting of decorative laths. As described under said document, decorative lath is located on front panel and side panels upper edges and the said panels are mounted to each other by means of plastic injection.
- the present invention relates to a transparent heat insulation panel appropriate for use in food sector and meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages.
- Main purpose of the invention is to provide transparent heat insulation panels used in cooling cabins and stores providing storage of food products for long time without spoiling and offering them to customers at desired temperature.
- Another purpose of the invention is to provide transparent heat insulation panels providing visibility of food products kept in cooling cabins and stores without change in temperature.
- a further purpose of the invention is to provide transparent heat insulation panels enhancing visibility of inside volume of coolant environment by help of transparent laths providing mounting and sealing.
- the present invention relates to a transparent heat insulation panel appropriate for use in production of coolant cabins and stores with inside visibility and providing cooling food products and keeping them at desired temperature and it comprising process steps of:
- At least two glass laths located between at least two edges facing each other mainly vertical edges of glass plates and creating distance between glass plates while causing reduction in transparency of transparent heat insulation panel
- the invention is also a method for production of transparent heat insulation panel of the invention and comprising process steps of

- Figure 2 is side view of an embodiment of transparent heat insulation panel of the invention.
- Figure 3 is top cross-section perspective view of an embodiment of transparent heat insulation panel of the invention.
- Invention relates to a transparent heat insulation panel (1 ) appropriate for use in production of coolant cabins and stores with inside visibility and providing cooling food products and keeping them at desired temperature and comprising of: - at least two glass plates (2) parallel to each other and having same area size,
- transparent heat insulation panels (1 ) of the invention When transparent heat insulation panels (1 ) of the invention is used for production of coolant cabin and stores, it provides visibility of food products inside cabin and store without need to remove the food products and with no change in temperature.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention comprises of glass plates (2) of rectangular shape. In another preferred embodiment of the invention, said plates are coated with primary material or plasma.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention comprises of two glass plates (2) ( Figure 2).
- transparent heat insulation panel (1 ) comprises of a horizontal lath (3) between each facing upper and lower edges of glass plates (2), A distance is created on horizontal plane between glass plates (2) by means of said horizontal laths (3).
- Transverse cross-section of horizontal lath (3) is preferably rectangular.
- Horizontal lath (3) is made from humidity absorbing material or composed of humidity absorbing silica gel zeolan material.
- Horizontal laths (3) is made from preferably aluminium, plastic, polyvinylchloride (PVC), silicone, silica gel, zeolide and a group composed of combinations of them.
- horizontal lath (3) is composed of warm edge PVC lath thermix or silicone edgetech latch and humidity absorbing silica gel zeolan material combination.
- horizontal lath (3) is composed of silicone superspacer material automatically absorbing humidity.
- horizontal strips (4) are located on both sides of glass plates (2) of horizontal lath (3) facing inner surfaces and provides gluing horizontal lath (3) onto glass plates (2).
- Horizontal strips (4) preferably made from butyl material also support insulation and reduces air penetration.
- transparent heat insulation panel (1 ) comprises of total four horizontal strips (4) two on the upper edge and two on the lower edge.
- filling material (5) is located similar to butyl strips (4) on upper and lower edges of transparent heat insulation panel (1 ) It both provides fill fixing of glass plates (2) to each other and also prevents leakage of insulation gas (8) remaining between glass plates (2) into outer environment.
- Filling material (5) is preferably made from polysulphide, polyurethane silicone, hot melt glue and a group containing a mixture of them.
- hot-melt glue is composed of ethylene vinyl acetate, polyolefin, polyamide, rubber and a group composed of a mixture of them.
- transparent heat insulation panel (1 ) comprises of total two glass laths (6) one between side (right and left) edges of glass plates (2). A distance is created on horizontal plane between glass plates (2) by means of said glass laths (6). Transverse cross-section of horizontal lath (3) is preferably rectangular. Since glass laths (6) are located between glass plates (2) invisibly, front, side and perspective views of transparent heat insulation panel (1 ) is ensured to be fully transparent ( Figures, 1 , 2 and 3).
- vertical strips (7) are located on both sides of glass plates (2) of glass lath (3) facing inner surfaces and provides gluing glass lath (6) onto glass plates (2). Vertical strips (7) also support insulation and reduce air permeability.
