La présente invention concerne le dispositif de mesure dans la sélection d'animaux de la classe des ruminants, la surveillance du développement de quel type de tissu provoqué par des rations de bovins laitiers dans le corps et la détermination du pourcentage de types de tissus tels que protéines, graisses, eau et os qui constituent la composition corporelle.
