Definitions
- the present invention relates to an apparatus for conveying and dosing objects on an automatic packaging line.
- the invention relates to a vibrating apparatus adapted to convey small objects, such as medicinal pills or tablets, hazelnuts, candies and similar food ingredients, to align them along a conveying direction and to promote releasing and dosing operations of the objects outwards, to devices for use in the packaging line of a finished product.
- small objects such as medicinal pills or tablets, hazelnuts, candies and similar food ingredients

- Such vibrating machines of known type consist of a vibrating conveyor unit of the objects, e.g. pneumatically driven, along an advancement direction of the objects themselves.
- a vibrating conveyor unit is interposed between an infeed portion of the machine, configured for loading the objects to be conveyed, e.g. through a hopper, and an outfeed portion, in which the objects are released towards external user devices on the packaging line.

- voids are often created between two moving objects aligned along the vibrating tracks of a known machine.
- the presence of these voids between the objects or groups of objects causes a reduction in the efficiency of the subsequent step of packaging.
- the vibrating machines of known type are not immune from localized jamming and accumulations of objects which decay both the alignment quality of the objects and the efficiency of the subsequent step of packaging.
