Abstract

Un système de commande d'une porte de cabine d'ascenseur selon l'invention comporte un panneau de porte de cabine d'ascenseur se déplaçant le long d'une imposte, le panneau de porte de cabine d'ascenseur étant accouplé fonctionnellement à une courroie de moteur (114, 206, 316) susceptible de se déplacer sur une poulie de courroie de moteur (116, 208, 318) pour ouvrir ou pour fermer la porte de cabine d'ascenseur. Le système comprend : un organe d'entraînement linéaire (102, 302), disposé sur l'imposte et logeant un piston (104, 304) relié à une extrémité d'un élément allongé (106, 310) ; un poids (306), placé sur l'organe d'entraînement linéaire (302) par le biais d'un moyen mobile (308) susceptible d'appliquer une force sur le piston (304) pour que le piston (304) ressorte de l'organe d'entraînement linéaire (302) ; ou bien un ressort (108), susceptible d'appliquer une force sur le piston (104) pour que le piston (104) ressorte de l'organe d'entraînement linéaire (102) ; un bras de levier (110, 202, 312), dont une première extrémité (110a, 202a, 312a) pivote à une extrémité libre de l'élément allongé (106, 310) et dont une seconde extrémité (110b, 202b, 312b) pivote pour que la seconde extrémité (110b, 202b, 312b) du bras de levier (110, 202, 312) soit située à une distance prédéfinie de la poulie de courroie de moteur (116, 208, 318) tandis que le bras de levier (110, 202, 312) est en outre relié à une plaquette de frein (112, 204, 314). Par l'une ou l'autre de la force appliquée sur le piston (104, 304) par le poids (306) ou par le ressort (108), une force de freinage est appliquée à la première extrémité (110a, 202a, 312a) du bras de levier (110, 202, 312) à travers l'extrémité libre de l'élément allongé (106, 310) et le bras de levier (110, 202, 312) se déplace, si bien que la distance prédéfinie est surmontée et que le bras de levier exerce une force amplifiée de freinage au niveau de la plaquette de frein (112, 204, 314). La force de freinage sert à freiner la courroie de moteur (114, 206, 316) afin de freiner le mouvement de la porte de cabine d'ascenseur.
