针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,装袋机构结构简单,成本低,可靠性高,减少垃圾桶空间占用,降低垃圾桶重量。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,桶身的顶部设置有用于投放垃圾的丢弃口,桶身的上部活动安装有用于盖设丢弃口的桶盖,桶身的内部具有用于存放垃圾的桶腔,桶腔和丢弃口连通,丢弃口的一侧设置有用于储存多个垃圾袋的储袋机构,储袋机构的上方或下方设置有封口机构,包括装袋滑座和滑座驱动机构,装袋滑座滑动安装于桶身的上部或桶盖内部,装袋滑座传动连接滑座驱动机构,装袋滑座的两侧分别滑动安装有一夹袋装置,夹袋装置设置有一夹头朝向储袋机构的拉袋夹,每个拉袋夹的上方分别设置有一个一体成型于装袋滑座的开夹挡块或安装于装袋滑座的开夹顶杆,
拉袋夹与对应的开夹挡块抵压配合或者拉袋夹与对应的开夹顶杆抵压配合,在开夹挡块或开夹顶杆抵顶拉袋夹的后端时,以实现在装袋滑座移动时自动顶开拉袋夹。
本实用新型和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:通过装袋滑座前后移动从而推动拉袋夹前后移动,拉袋夹在移动时开夹顶杆抵顶拉袋夹使得拉袋夹打开并夹持垃圾袋,无需独立的驱动机构驱动拉袋夹,结构简单,成本低;封口机构设置在装袋滑座上,装袋滑座前后移动即可同时完成装袋和封口,装袋和封口效率高;仅需控制装袋滑座前后滑动和停止,无需复杂的控制电路,可靠性高,成本低。

一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,图1至图14所示,包括桶身1,桶身1的顶部设置有用于投放垃圾的丢弃口11,桶身1的上部活动安装有用于盖设丢弃口11的桶盖2,桶身1的内部具有用于存放垃圾的桶腔12,桶腔12和丢弃口11连通,丢弃口11的一侧设置有用于储存多个垃圾袋的储袋机构,储袋机构的上方或下方设置有封口机构,桶腔12的上部设置有装袋机构,装袋机构包括装袋滑座51和滑座驱动机构,装袋滑座51滑动安装于桶腔12的上部,滑座驱动机构传动连接装袋滑座51;装袋滑座51上滑动安装有至少一拉袋夹,拉袋夹的长度大于装袋滑座51滑动方向的宽度,拉袋夹的上方设置有开夹顶杆54,开夹顶杆54固定或活动安装于装袋滑座51,开夹顶杆54和拉袋夹抵顶配合,拉袋夹的前后两端分别与储袋机构和桶身1活动抵顶配合,以实现在装袋滑座51移动时拉袋夹的后端抵顶桶身1从而使开夹顶杆54抵顶拉袋夹的后端并打开拉袋夹。
传统的自动包垃圾桶大多仅凭抽气扇通过负压原理将垃圾袋从上至下抽出,抽取力度小,需配合特制的环形通体垃圾袋和封口机构封底后才可进行装袋操作,操作步骤繁琐,装袋效率低;小部分则采用复杂的移动机构来模拟人双手套垃圾袋的过程,结构复杂,由此需要的动力也较大,致使结构更加复杂,体积和重量也较大,成本高,可靠性低。而本实用新型通过装袋滑座51前后移动从而推动拉袋夹前后移动,拉袋夹在移动时开夹顶杆54抵顶拉袋夹使得拉袋夹打开并夹持垃圾袋,无需独立的驱动机构驱动拉袋夹,结构简单,成本低;封口机构设置在装袋滑座51上,装袋滑座51前后移动即可同时完成装袋和封口,装袋和封口效率高;仅需控制装袋滑座51前后滑动和停止,无需复杂的控制电路,可靠性高,成本低。
图8所示,装袋滑座51的左右两端分别开设有贯穿的滑座安装口511,每个滑座安装口511分别滑动安装有一夹袋滑座55,每个夹袋滑座55上分别卡扣连接一拉袋夹,夹袋滑座55的底部设置有至少一导向滑孔551,相应的装袋滑座51设置有导向滑柱512,导向滑孔551套设在导向滑柱512上并与导向滑柱512滑动配合,导向滑柱512上套设有一滑座复位弹簧552,以实现对夹袋滑座55向后复位。装袋滑座51的左右两端分别设置有拉袋夹,垃圾袋的一侧固定在储袋机构上、另一侧固定在两个拉袋夹上,当完成装袋后,垃圾袋在丢弃口的下方形成一矩形的袋口,防止垃圾误入垃圾袋与桶身1之间的间隙;拉袋夹卡扣连接在夹袋滑座55上,因拉袋夹反复开合,长时间使用会导致拉袋夹的夹片复位扭簧534松弛,夹紧力下降或拉袋夹损坏更换更加便利快捷,延长了垃圾桶的整体使用寿命。
图9所示,拉袋夹包括上夹片531、下夹片532、夹片连接柱533和夹片复位扭簧534,上夹片531和下夹片532的中部分别与夹片连接柱533旋转连接,夹片复位扭簧534套设于夹片连接柱533,夹片复位扭簧534的一端抵顶上夹片531、另一端抵顶下夹片532,以实现在常态下上夹片531的前端部与下夹片532的前端部抵顶配合形成闭合状态;下夹片532与夹袋滑座55卡扣配合,上夹片531的后端向上翘起与上夹片531的前端部形成一夹片角535,夹片角535为90-180°,上夹片531与开夹顶杆54滚压或滑压配合,或者上夹片531与开夹挡块56滚压或滑压配合。
上夹片531的中部具有一夹片角535,以夹片角535为界,将上夹片531分为前端和后端,在开夹时,夹袋滑座55带动拉袋夹向前移动,当开夹顶杆54位于上夹片531的后端时,开夹顶杆54将上夹片531的后端下压,此时上夹片531的前端上翘从而打开拉袋夹。打开拉袋夹后,装袋滑座51向储袋机构移动,在移动的过程中,开夹顶杆54保持抵压在上夹片531的后端,夹片角535防止装袋滑座51移动时夹袋滑座55向后移动,提高了开夹和装袋的成功率。
滑座安装口511的上部的左右两端分别开竖直设有顶杆滑孔513,开夹顶杆54的左右两端分别上下滑动安装于两个顶杆滑孔513,开夹顶杆54与滑座安装口511的上部之间至少连接有一用于向下复位开夹顶杆54的顶杆弹性复位件541。在上夹片531相对开夹顶杆54移动时,开夹顶杆54同时可上下移动,防止在开夹时发生卡顿,降低磨损,提高可靠性;在顶杆弹性复位件541的作用下,使得开夹顶杆54保持下压状态,抵压上夹片531的后端,保持开夹状态。
储袋机构包括储袋盒31和袋盒座32,储袋盒31活动安装于袋盒座32,储袋盒31相对于装袋滑座51的一侧开设有出袋口33,储袋盒31的顶面的左右两端分别向上延伸出两个挂袋柱34,多个垃圾袋的上部的左右两端分别依次挂设在两个挂袋柱34上,各个垃圾袋的下部穿过出袋口33折叠或收卷至储袋盒31的内部,以实现装袋后垃圾袋的袋口分别固定在两个挂袋柱34和两个拉袋夹上,在丢弃口11的下方形成矩形的袋口。储袋盒31与袋盒座32卡扣连接,便于添加垃圾袋,在添加垃圾袋时,将多个垃圾袋的上部依次挂设在两个挂袋柱34上,再将垃圾袋的下部收卷或折叠至储袋盒31内,最后安装袋盒座32,添加垃圾袋步骤简单,无需更换整个储袋盒31,更无需特制的环形通体垃圾袋,耗材成本低。
封口机构包括发热条41和橡胶垫42,发热条41设置于储袋机构的下方或装袋滑座51的下部,相应的橡胶垫42设置于装袋滑座51的下部或储袋机构的下方,发热条41与橡胶垫42活动抵压配合,以实现将垃圾袋的袋口夹持在发热条41和橡胶垫42之间热熔封口。储袋机构的垃圾袋收卷或折叠至储袋盒31后,在储袋盒的下方安装发热条41,当垃圾袋盛装满后,装袋滑座51向发热条41移动,直至将垃圾袋的袋口夹持在发热条41与装袋滑座51上的橡胶垫42之间,发热条41加热袋口完成热封口,封口机构结构简单,无需二次对垃圾袋封底,打包效率高。橡胶垫42的截面形状为圆形或方形,橡胶垫42卡接或粘贴于装袋滑座51或储袋机构。
图3所示,滑座驱动机构包括驱动电机521、同步带522和至少两个传动齿轮523,两个传动齿轮523分别旋转安装于桶身1的上部,两个传动齿轮523分别位于装袋滑座51的任一侧的前后两端,同步带522的两端部分别套设在两个传动齿轮523上并与传动齿轮523传动连接,驱动电机521传动连接任一传动齿轮523,装袋滑座51与同步带522传动连接,以实现驱动电机521驱动装袋滑座51前后滑动。通过驱动电机521驱动装袋滑座51前后移动,无需人手动操作,更加方便。当然,还可通过手动驱动装袋滑座51前后移动,进一步简化结构,降低制造成本。
自动打包垃圾桶还设置有控制机构,控制机构包括控制开关和多个个触发开关,控制开关和触发开关分别电性连接驱动电机521,控制开关设置于桶盖2或桶身1,触发开关分别设置于装袋滑座51的运动轨迹上,以实现控制驱动电机521正转、反转或停机。通过触发开关检测装袋滑座51所处位置,从而控制驱动电机521,只需按下控制开关即可完成所有操作,使用更加方便、快捷,无需过多的使用学习成本。
图3和图8所示,丢弃口11的左右两侧分别设置有两个装袋滑杆13,装袋滑座51的左右两端分别开设有装袋滑孔514,装袋滑孔514分别与装袋滑杆13滑动配合;较佳地,装袋滑孔514内活动安装有耐磨套515,耐磨套515与装袋滑杆13滑动配合;两个装袋滑杆13的后端部之间连接有一开夹顶板14,拉袋夹或夹袋滑座55的后端部与开夹顶板14活动抵顶配合,以实现装袋滑座51移动时将夹袋滑座55向前推动。装袋滑座51反复移动容易磨损,耐磨套515磨损严重后,直接更换耐磨套515即可,无需更换整个装袋滑座51,进一步延长了整机的使用寿命,降低维修成本。
桶身1还设置有撑袋机构,撑袋机构包括撑袋风扇,撑袋风扇具有一进风口和出风口,撑袋风扇安装于桶身1的下部,进风口与桶腔12连通,出风口与大气连通,以实现在桶腔12内产生负压将垃圾袋铺满桶身1的内壁。撑袋风扇将垃圾袋铺满桶身1的内壁,防止丢弃纸屑等重量较轻的垃圾时,不能完全撑开垃圾袋,导致垃圾袋容量浪费。
每个夹袋装置53的旁侧还分别设置有一夹子自锁机构6,夹子自锁机构6与夹袋装置53锁止配合,桶盖2的底部设置有自锁触发机构,自锁触发机构位于夹子自锁机构6的运动轨迹上,装袋滑座51滑动经过自锁触发机构时夹子自锁机构6与自锁触发机构触动配合,以实现夹袋装置53滑动时保持拉袋夹打开。通过前后移动装袋滑座51使夹袋装置53活动抵顶储袋机构和垃圾桶的内壁,推动夹袋装置53前后移动,从而打开或闭合夹拉袋夹,结构简单,成本低;装袋滑座51移动的同时,自锁触发机构 触动夹子自锁机构6锁止夹袋装置53移动,从而使拉袋夹在移动的过程中保持打开或闭合,防止在移动装袋滑座51时拉袋夹产生移动导致打开或闭合,避免误夹手指,提高安全性,并且提高了夹袋成功率,固定可靠性高。
夹子自锁机构6包括锁止杆61、锁止复位弹簧63和锁止安装壳体64,锁止安装壳体64固定安装于装袋滑座51,锁止杆61上下滑动安装于锁止安装壳体64,锁止复位弹簧63套设于锁止杆61,锁止杆61与夹袋装置53锁止配合。在打开或闭合拉袋夹后,装袋滑座51移动的过程中,自锁触发机构触动锁止杆61向下移动,使得锁止杆61对夹袋装置53进行锁止,结构简单,成本低。
夹袋滑座55临近夹子自锁机构6的一侧延伸出一锁止部553,锁止部553开设有一锁止孔554,锁止杆61与对应的锁止孔554插销配合,锁止杆61与锁止部553的侧面活动抵顶配合,以实现锁止夹袋滑座55移动。在打开或闭合拉袋夹后,装袋滑座51移动的过程中,自锁触发机构触动锁止杆61向下移动,使得锁止杆61对夹袋装置53进行锁止,结构简单,成本低。
自锁触发机构包括两个平行相对设置的触发条21,两个触发条21分别设置在丢弃口11的左右两侧,触发条21固定安装或一体成型于桶盖2的内壁,触发条21的前后两端部分别具有一斜坡211,锁止杆61的上端部活动抵顶触发条21。在完成开夹或闭合拉袋夹后,移动装袋滑座51,锁止杆61的上端部滑压触发条21,使锁止杆61向下移动并挤压锁止复位弹簧63,从而对夹袋滑座55进行锁止;在开夹和闭合拉袋夹时,装袋滑座51远离触发条21,在锁止复位弹簧63的作用下,锁止杆61向上移动,从而解除对夹袋滑座55的锁止,便于移动夹袋滑座55开合拉袋夹,结构简单,成本低,可靠性高;当锁止杆61接触触发条21时,率先触碰斜坡211,通过斜坡211过度,保证装袋滑座51移动的流程性,避免卡顿,图10-14所示。
装袋滑座51具有开夹位置、拉袋位置和装袋位置,
开夹位置,装袋滑座51移动至开夹位置时,夹袋装置53的后端部与桶身1或桶盖2抵压配合,开夹挡块56与夹袋装置53的后部抵压配合,夹子自锁机构6远离自锁触发机构,以实现打开拉袋夹;
当装袋滑座51从开夹位置向装袋位置移动时,自锁触发机构触动夹子自锁机构6锁止夹袋装置53,以实现保持打开拉袋夹;
装袋位置,装袋滑座51移动至装袋位置时,夹袋装置53的前端部与储袋机构抵压配合,夹袋装置53脱离开夹挡块56,夹子自锁机构6远离自锁触发机构,以实现闭合拉袋夹;当夹袋装置53脱离开夹挡块56后,并且夹子自锁机构6远离自锁触发机构,在上夹片531和下夹片532在夹片复位扭簧534的作用下使拉袋夹闭合;当然,也可以通过开夹挡块56抵压上夹片531的前部使夹头闭合。
当装袋滑座51从装袋位置向拉袋位置移动时,自锁触发机构触动夹子自锁机构6锁止夹袋装置53,以实现保持拉袋夹闭合;
拉袋位置,装袋滑座51移动至拉袋位置时,装袋滑座51位于丢弃口11远离储袋机构的一侧。这时垃圾袋的一侧固定在储袋机构上、另一侧固定在两个拉袋夹上,垃圾袋在投丢弃口11的下方形成一矩形的袋口,防止垃圾误入垃圾袋与桶体1之间的间隙。
锁止安装壳体64的顶部开设有穿杆孔65,锁止杆61的中部设置有一限位台62,锁止杆61的上部穿过穿杆孔65与自锁触发机构触动配合,限位台62的顶面与锁止安装壳体64限位配合,锁止复位弹簧63的上端部抵顶限位台62的底面,锁止复位弹簧63的下端部抵顶装袋滑座51。
当需要打包装袋时,通过按压控制开关,控制开发发送打包装袋信号给驱动电机521,驱动电机率先驱动装袋滑座51向前移动,直至位于自动打包垃圾桶前端的触发开关检测到装袋滑座51后触发驱动电机521停机,此时发热条41和橡胶垫42抵顶配合进行热封口。而在装袋滑座51向前移动时自锁触发机构触动夹子自锁机构6锁止夹袋装置53,以实现保持拉袋夹闭合。
待完成热封口并取下装满垃圾的垃圾袋后,进行开夹作业,图5所示,装袋滑座51向后移动,直至位于自动打包垃圾桶后端的触发开关检测到装袋滑座51后触发驱动电机521反转,此时夹子自锁机构6远离自锁触发机构,夹袋滑座55相对装袋滑座51像前移动,开夹顶杆54抵压在上夹片531的后端并打开拉袋夹。
图6所示,驱动电机521反转后,装袋滑座51向前移动,此时自锁触发机构触动夹子自锁机构6 锁止夹袋装置53,拉袋夹始终保持打开状态,直至拉袋夹的前端抵顶垃圾袋后,夹子自锁机构6远离自锁触发机构接触对夹袋装置53的锁止,图7所示,装袋滑座51继续向前移动,夹袋滑座55相对垃圾袋保持静止,并挤压滑座复位弹簧552,此时开夹顶杆54位于上夹片531的前端,上夹片531在夹片复位扭簧534的作用下复位闭合拉袋夹并夹持住垃圾袋的一侧;
夹持住垃圾袋后,装袋滑座51触发位于自动打包垃圾桶前端的触发开关,触发开关控制驱动电机521正转,驱动装袋滑座51向丢弃口11的另一侧移动,图4所示,直至将垃圾袋的袋口在丢弃口11下方打开形成矩形的袋口。

- 一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,包括桶身(1),桶身(1)的顶部设置有用于投放垃圾的丢弃口(11),桶身(1)的上部活动安装有用于盖设丢弃口(11)的桶盖(2),桶身(1)的内部具有用于存放垃圾的桶腔(12),桶腔(12)和丢弃口(11)连通,丢弃口(11)的一侧设置有用于储存多个垃圾袋的储袋机构,储袋机构的上方或下方设置有封口机构,其特征在于:包括装袋滑座(51)和滑座驱动机构,装袋滑座(51)滑动安装于桶身(1)的上部或桶盖(2)内部,装袋滑座(51)传动连接滑座驱动机构,装袋滑座(51)的两侧分别滑动安装有一夹袋装置(53),夹袋装置(53)设置有一夹头朝向储袋机构的拉袋夹,每个拉袋夹的上方分别设置有一个一体成型于装袋滑座(51)的开夹挡块(56)或安装于装袋滑座(51)的开夹顶杆(54),拉袋夹与对应的开夹挡块(56)抵压配合或者拉袋夹与对应的开夹顶杆(54)抵压配合,在开夹挡块(56)或开夹顶杆(54)抵顶拉袋夹的后端时,以实现在装袋滑座(51)移动时自动顶开拉袋夹。

- 根据权利要求2所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述夹袋装置(53)包括夹袋滑座(55)和所述拉袋夹,所述装袋滑座(51)的左右两端分别开设有贯穿的滑座安装口(511),夹袋滑座(55)滑动安装于滑座安装口(511),拉袋夹卡扣安装于夹袋滑座(55)上,夹袋滑座(55)的底部设置有至少一导向滑孔(551),相应的装袋滑座(51)设置有导向滑柱(512),导向滑孔(551)套设在导向滑柱(512)上并与导向滑柱(512)滑动配合,导向滑柱(512)上套设有一滑座复位弹簧(552),以实现对夹袋滑座(55)向后复位。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述储袋机构朝向所述装袋滑座(51)的一侧设置有一条形的夹袋块(35),夹袋块(35)的截面形状为三角形,所述拉袋夹的前端与夹袋块(35)活动抵压配合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述拉袋夹包括上夹片(531)、下夹片(532)、夹片连接柱(533)和夹片复位扭簧(534),上夹片(531)和下夹片(532)的中部分别与夹片连接柱(533)旋转连接,夹片复位扭簧(534)套设于夹片连接柱(533),夹片复位扭簧(534)的一端抵顶上夹片(531)、另一端抵顶下夹片(532),以实现在常态下上夹片(531)的前端部与下夹片(532)的前端部抵顶配合形成闭合状态;下夹片(532)与所述夹袋滑座(55)卡扣配合,上夹片(531)的后端向上翘起与上夹片(531)的前端形成一夹片角(535),夹片角(535)的角度为90-180°,上夹片(531)与所述开夹顶杆(54)或所述开夹挡块(56)滚压或滑压配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述封口机构包括发热条(41)和橡胶垫(42),发热条(41)设置于所述储袋机构的下方或所述装袋滑座(51)的下部,相应的橡胶垫(42)设置于装袋滑座(51)的下部或储袋机构的下方,发热条(41)与橡胶垫(42)活动抵压配合,以实现将所述垃圾袋的袋口夹持在发热条(41)和橡胶垫(42)之间热熔封口;橡胶垫(42)的截面形状为圆形或方形,橡胶垫(42)卡接或粘贴于装袋滑座(51)或储袋机构。所述滑座驱动机构包括控制机构、驱动电机(521)、同步带(522)和至少两个传动齿轮(523),两个传动齿轮(523)分别旋转安装于所述桶身(1)的上部,两个传动齿轮(523)分别位于装袋滑座(51)的任一侧的前后两端,同步带(522)的两端部分别套设在两个传动齿轮(523)上并与传动齿轮(523)传动连接,驱动电机(521)传动连接任一传动齿轮(523),装袋滑座(51)与同步带(522)传动连接,以实现驱动电机(521)驱动装袋滑座(51)前后滑动;控制机构包括控制开关和多个触发开关,控制开关和触发开关分别电性连接驱动电机(521),控制开关设置于所述桶盖(2)或所述桶身(1),触发开关分别设置于装袋滑座(51)的运动轨迹上,以实现控制驱动电机(521)正转、反转或停机。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述丢弃口(11)的左右两侧分别设置有两个装袋滑杆(13),所述装袋滑座(51)的左右两端分别开设有装袋滑孔(514),装袋滑孔(514)分别与装袋滑杆(13)滑动配合;两个装袋滑杆(13)的后端部之间连接有一开夹顶板(14),所述拉袋夹或所述夹袋滑座(55)的后端部与开夹顶板(14)活动抵顶配合,以实现所述装袋滑座(51)移动时将夹袋滑座(55)向前推动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:每个所述夹袋装置(53)的旁侧还分别设置有一夹子自锁机构(6),夹子自锁机构(6)与夹袋装置(53)锁止配合,所述桶盖(2)的底部设置有自锁触发机构,自锁触发机构位于夹子自锁机构(6)的运动轨迹上,所述装袋滑座(51)滑动经过自锁触发机构时夹子自锁机构(6)与自锁触发机构触动配合,以实现夹袋装置(53)滑动时保持所述拉袋夹打开。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述夹子自锁机构(6)包括锁止杆(61)、锁止复位弹簧(63)和锁止安装壳体(64),锁止安装壳体(64)固定安装于所述装袋滑座(51),锁止杆(61)上下滑动安装于锁止安装壳体(64),锁止复位弹簧(63)套设于锁止杆(61),锁止杆(61)与所述夹袋装置(53)锁止配合。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述夹袋滑座(55)临近所述夹子自锁机构(6)的一侧延伸出一锁止部(553),锁止部(553)开设有一锁止孔(554),所述锁止杆(61)与对应的锁止孔(554)插销配合,锁止杆(61)与锁止部(553)的侧面活动抵顶配合,以实现锁止夹袋滑座(55)移动。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述自锁触发机构包括两个平行相对设置的触发条(21),两个触发条(21)分别设置在所述丢弃口(11)的左右两侧,触发条(21)固定安装或一体成型于所述桶盖(2)的内壁,触发条(21)的前后两端部分别具有一斜坡(211),所述锁止杆(61)的上端部活动抵顶触发条(21)。
- 根据权利要求11所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述装袋滑座(51)具有开夹位置、拉袋位置和装袋位置,开夹位置,装袋滑座(51)移动至开夹位置时,夹袋装置(53)的后端部与所述桶身(1)或所述桶盖(2)抵压配合,所述开夹挡块(56)与所述夹袋装置(53)的后部抵压配合,所述夹子自锁机构(6)远离所述自锁触发机构,以实现打开所述拉袋夹;当装袋滑座(51)从开夹位置向装袋位置移动时,自锁触发机构触动夹子自锁机构(6)锁止夹袋装置(53),以实现保持打开拉袋夹;装袋位置,装袋滑座(51)移动至装袋位置时,夹袋装置(53)的前端部与所述储袋机构抵压配合,夹袋装置(53)脱离开夹挡块(56),夹子自锁机构(6)远离自锁触发机构,以实现闭合拉袋夹;当装袋滑座(51)从装袋位置向拉袋位置移动时,自锁触发机构触动夹子自锁机构(6)锁止所述夹袋装置(53),以实现保持拉袋夹闭合;拉袋位置,装袋滑座(51)移动至拉袋位置时,装袋滑座(51)位于所述丢弃口(11)远离储袋机构的一侧。
- 根据权利要求12所述的一种简化装袋机构的自动打包垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述锁止安装壳体(64)的顶部开设有穿杆孔(65),所述锁止杆(61)的中部设置有一限位台(62),锁止杆(61)的上部穿过穿杆孔(65)与所述自锁触发机构触动配合,限位台(62)的顶面与锁止安装壳体(64)限位配合,所述锁止复位弹簧(63)的上端部抵顶限位台(62)的底面,锁止复位弹簧(63)的下端部抵顶所述装袋滑座(51)。
