Claims (9)
- 막구조화 단백질 (membrane scaffold protein)이 결합된 '항체 또는 항체 절편'이, 막구조화 단백질을 매개로, 지질나노입자(lipid nanoparticle)의 형태를 구성하는 지질의 소수성 부분에, 소수성 결합을 통해 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 결합 지질나노입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 막구조화 단백질은,헬릭스(helix) 구조를 갖는 양친매성 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 결합 지질나노입자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 막구조화 단백질은,헬릭스 구조 및 양친매성 특성이 유지된 막구조화 단백질의 절편인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 결합 지질나노입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 항체 절편은,scFv 또는 'scFv 및 Fc가 결합된 scFV-Fc'인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 결합 지질나노입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 막구조화 단백질 (membrane scaffold protein)이 결합된 '항체 또는 항체 절편'은,막구조화 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자에 '항체 또는 항체 절편'을 암호화하는 유전자를 결합시킨 후, 이를 발현시켜 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 결합 지질나노입자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지질나노입자는,내부에 봉입대상물질이 봉입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 결합 지질나노입자.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 봉입대상물질은,핵산인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 결합 지질나노입자.
- 막구조화 단백질이 결합된 항체 및 지질을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 결합 지질나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 항체 결합 지질나노입자는,봉입대상물질을 더욱 포함하여 혼합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 항체 결합 지질나노입자의 제조방법.
