Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係るスケジューリングシステムを示す概略図である。
まず、図1を参照して、本発明の実施形態に係るスケジューリングシステムを概説する。本実施形態に係るスケジューリングシステム1は、一又は複数の部品を含む製品の一連の製造工程の生産スケジュールPSを管理するスケジューリングシステムである。スケジューリングシステム1は、概略的には、図1に示すように、スケジューリング装置100を備える。
スケジューリング装置100は、デスクトップパソコンやノートパソコン、タブレット端末等の電子計算機であり、図2に示すように、入力部110と、表示部120と、制御部130と、記憶部140とを備える。また、スケジューリング装置100は、製造工程で使用される加工機70の不具合を取得可能な不具合取得手段150と、製造工程毎の担当人員の勤怠情報を取得可能な勤怠情報取得手段160とを備える。
生産スケジュール画面122は、図3に示すように、生産スケジュール表示領域122aと、生産スケジュール取得ボタン122bと、生産スケジュール組み直しボタン122cと、生産スケジュール保存ボタン122dとを備える。生産スケジュール表示領域122aは、各製造工程の生産スケジュールPSをガントチャートで表示する。ガントチャートには、生産スケジュールPSに配置されている生産計画情報12のアイコンが表示されており、アイコンの長さは、生産計画情報12の工程リードタイムを表している。
生産スケジュール取得ボタン122bは、制御部130の後述する生産スケジュール修正部138にサーバ50から生産スケジュールPSを取得させることができる。また、生産スケジュール取得ボタン122bは、サーバ50からまだ生産スケジュールPSに配置されていない生産計画情報12を取得可能に構成されてもよい。生産スケジュール組み直しボタン122cは、図4に示すように、生産スケジュール修正部138に生産スケジュールPSの組み直しをさせることができる。生産スケジュール保存ボタン122dは、生産スケジュール修正部138に組み直した生産スケジュールPSを保存させることができる。
以上の構成を備える生産スケジュール作成部136は、図5に示すように、製造工程毎の生産スケジュールPSを作成する生産スケジュール作成処理(図5のS10)を実行可能に構成されている。生産スケジュール作成処理は、生産計画情報12を取得する生産計画情報取得処理(図5のS11)と、取得した生産計画情報12を所定の条件でソートするソート処理(図5のS12)と、ソート順で各製造工程のスケジュールに生産計画情報12を配置する生産計画情報配置処理(図5のS13)と、同一の作業日に含まれる生産計画情報12を生産計画情報12の属性情報で組分けして組分けした組毎に並び替える並び替え処理(図5のS14)とを含む。
生産スケジュール修正部138は、生産スケジュール作成部136が作成した生産スケジュールPSを組み直すよう構成されている。具体的には、生産スケジュール修正部138は、図6に示すように、各製造工程の生産スケジュールPSを取得する生産スケジュール取得処理(図6のS100)と、製造工程毎に取得した生産スケジュールPSを組み直す組み直し処理(図6のS130)とを実行可能に構成されている。
生産計画情報特定処理は、図7に示すように、作業可能時間に前倒しして再配置可能な生産計画情報12を特定する前倒し特定処理(図7のS200)を有する。
例えば、1日の作業時間(加工機70において稼働時間)が8時間あるとする。ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、図8に示すように、9月4日の始業から6時間目まで工程リードタイムがそれぞれ3時間の「PART01」及び「BOX-A」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。また、ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月5日の始業から4.5時間目まで工程リードタイムが4.5時間の「PART02」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。さらに、ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月3日に生産計画情報12が配置されておらず、始業から終業まで作業可能時間がある。
この場合、生産スケジュール修正部138は、図9に示すように、「PART01」及び「BOX-A」の生産計画情報12を9月3日の作業可能時間に前倒しして再配置可能な生産計画情報12として特定し、「PART01」及び「BOX-A」の生産計画情報12を再配置処理で9月3日の作業可能時間に再配置する。さらに、「PART01」及び「BOX-A」の生産計画情報12を前倒しすると9月4日に作業可能時間ができるため、生産スケジュール修正部138は、「PART02」の生産計画情報12を9月4日の作業可能時間に前倒しして再配置可能な生産計画情報12として特定し、「PART02」の生産計画情報12を再配置処理で9月4日の作業可能時間に再配置する。
生産スケジュール修正部138は、図10及び図11に示すように、生産計画情報特定処理で、加工実績取得処理で取得した加工実績から生産スケジュールPSよりも作業が早く終わっている生産計画情報12(図10の「PART02」の生産計画情報12)がある場合に、その生産計画情報12の後に配置されている生産計画情報12(図10の「PART03」の生産計画情報12)を前倒しして再配置可能な生産計画情報12として特定し、特定した生産計画情報12を再配置処理で再配置してもよい。
例えば、ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、図12に示すように、9月3日の始業から6.9時間目まで工程リードタイムがそれぞれ2.3時間の「PART04」、「PART05」及び「PART06」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。また、ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月3日の負荷量に収まっていない「BOX-X」、「BOX-Y」及び「BOX-Z」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。「BOX-X」、「BOX-Y」及び「BOX-Z」の生産計画情報12の工程リードタイムは、それぞれ2時間である。さらに、ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月2日に生産計画情報12が配置されておらず、始業から終業まで作業可能時間がある。
この場合、生産スケジュール修正部138は、図13に示すように、まず、上述した前倒し特定処理で「PART04」、「PART05」及び「PART06」の生産計画情報12を9月2日の作業可能時間に前倒しして再配置可能な生産計画情報12として特定し、「PART04」、「PART05」及び「PART06」の生産計画情報12を再配置処理で9月2日の作業可能時間に再配置する。そして、「PART04」、「PART05」及び「PART06」の生産計画情報12を前倒しすると9月3日に作業可能時間ができるため、「BOX-X」、「BOX-Y」及び「BOX-Z」の生産計画情報12を9月3日の作業可能時間に再配置可能な超過生産計画情報として特定し、「BOX-X」、「BOX-Y」及び「BOX-Z」の生産計画情報12を再配置処理で9月3日の作業可能時間に再配置する。
例えば、曲げ工程の生産スケジュールPSは、図14に示すように、9月2日の6.5時間目から終業まで工程リードタイムが2.5時間の「A-STAND」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。また、曲げ工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月3日の始業から2時間目まで工程リードタイムが2時間の「C-STAND」の生産計画情報12が配置されており、2時間目から6時間目まで工程リードタイムが4時間の「PART01」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。さらに、曲げ工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月3日の6時間目から終業まで生産計画情報12が配置されておらず、2時間の作業可能時間がある。
「A-STAND」の作業は遅延しており、9月2日の稼働時間内に作業が終わらず、2.5時間の作業の内1.5時間分の作業が残っているとする。この場合、生産スケジュール修正部138は、遅延生産計画情報があると判定する。そして、生産スケジュール修正部138は、図15に示すように、9月3日の始業から6時間目までに配置されている「C-STAND」及び「PART01」の生産計画情報12を9月3日の1.5時間目から7.5時間目までに後ろ倒しして再配置する。「C-STAND」及び「PART01」の生産計画情報12を後ろ倒しすると9月3日の始業から1.5時間目までに作業可能時間ができるため、生産スケジュール修正部138は、「A-STAND」の生産計画情報12を9月3日の作業可能時間に再配置可能な遅延生産計画情報として特定し、「A-STAND」の生産計画情報12を再配置処理で9月3日の作業可能時間に再配置する。
例えば、ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、図16に示すように、9月3日の始業から6時間目まで工程リードタイムがそれぞれ2時間の「PART11」、「PART12」及び「PART13」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。また、ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月4日の始業から4時間目まで工程リードタイムが1.3時間の「BOX-D」、「BOX-E」及び「BOX-F」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。「PART11」、「PART12」及び「PART13」は、同じ板厚である。また、「BOX-D」、「BOX-E」及び「BOX-F」は、同じ板厚である。
この場合、生産スケジュール修正部138は、図17に示すように、同じ板厚の「PART11」、「PART12」及び「PART13」の生産計画情報12をグループ「SCH-L1001」に組分けし、同じ板厚の「BOX-D」、「BOX-E」及び「BOX-F」をグループ「SCH-L1002」に組分けし、グループ「SCH-L1001」及び「SCH-L1002」毎に再配置処理で再配置する。
例えば、塗装工程の生産スケジュールPSは、図18に示すように、9月3日の始業から6時間目まで工程リードタイムがそれぞれ2時間の「PART31」、「PART32」及び「PART33」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。また、塗装工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月4日の始業から4時間目まで工程リードタイムが1.3時間の「BOX-G」、「BOX-H」及び「BOX-I」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。「PART31」、「PART32」及び「PART33」は、塗装色が同一である。また、「BOX-G」、「BOX-H」及び「BOX-I」は、塗装色が同一である。
この場合、生産スケジュール修正部138は、図19に示すように、同じ塗装色の「PART31」、「PART32」及び「PART33」をグループ「SET-P3001」に組分けし、同じ塗装色の「BOX-G」、「BOX-H」及び「BOX-I」をグループ「SET-P3002」に組分けし、グループ「SET-P3001」及び「SET-P3002」毎に再配置処理で再配置する。
また、生産スケジュール修正部138は、不具合取得手段150が不具合を取得した場合に、不具合が発生した加工機70を使用する製造工程の生産スケジュールPSを組み直し処理から除外するように構成されている。例えば、ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、図20に示すように、9月3日の始業から3時間目まで工程リードタイムが3時間の「PART41」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。また、ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月3日の3時間目から7時間目まで工程リードタイムがそれぞれ2時間の「PART42」及び「PART43」が配置されている。
曲げ工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月4日の始業から4時間目まで工程リードタイムが4時間の「PART41」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。ブランク工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月2日に生産計画情報12が配置されておらず、始業から終業まで作業可能時間がある。また、曲げ工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月2日及び9月3日に生産計画情報12が配置されておらず、始業から終業まで作業可能時間がある。ここで、不具合取得手段150が曲げ工程の加工機70の不具合を取得している場合、生産スケジュール修正部138は、図21に示すように、ブランク工程は組み直し処理を実行するが、曲げ工程は組み直し処理から除外する。
さらに、生産スケジュール修正部138は、勤怠情報から担当人員が不足する日時に生産計画情報12を再配置不可能に構成されている。例えば、溶接工程の生産スケジュールPSは、図22に示すように、9月4日始業から6時間目までに工程リードタイムがそれぞれ3時間の「KUMI-ASSY」及び「ASSENBLY-X」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。また、溶接工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月3日に生産計画情報12が配置されておらず、始業から終業まで作業可能時間がある。
ここで、勤怠情報取得手段160が取得した勤怠情報から9月3日の3時間目から8時間目までは溶接工程の担当人員が不足することが分かっている場合、生産スケジュール修正部138は、図23に示すように、9月3日の始業から3時間目までの作業可能時間に「KUMI-ASSY」の生産計画情報12を再配置する。そして、生産スケジュール修正部138は、9月3日の3時間目から8時間目までの作業可能時間には、「ASSENBLY-X」の生産計画情報12を再配置せずに、9月4日の始業から3時間目までに「ASSENBLY-X」の生産計画情報12を再配置する。
生産スケジュール修正部138は、一の生産計画情報12を複数に分割して生産スケジュールPSに再配置可能に構成されている。例えば、曲げ工程の生産スケジュールPSは、図24に示すように、9月3日の始業から6時間目までに工程リードタイムが6時間の「PART51」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。また、曲げ工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月4日の始業から終業までに工程リードタイムがそれぞれ4時間の「PART53」及び「PART55」の生産計画情報12が配置されている。さらに、曲げ工程の生産スケジュールPSは、9月2日に生産計画情報12が配置されておらず、始業から終業まで作業可能時間がある。
この場合、まず、生産スケジュール修正部138は、図25に示すように、「PART51」の生産計画情報12を9月2日の始業から6時間目までに再配置する。すると、9月2日の作業可能時間が8時間あるのに対し、「PART51」の工程リードタイムは6時間であるため、9月2日に2時間だけ作業可能時間が残る。そこで、生産スケジュール修正部138は、工程リードタイムが4時間の「PART53」を2時間ずつに二分割して、前半の生産計画情報12を9月2日の6時間目から8時間目までに再配置し、後半の生産計画情報12を9月3日の始業から2時間目までに再配置する。そして、生産スケジュール修正部138は、「PART55」の生産計画情報12を9月3日の2時間目から6時間目までに再配置する。
次に、本実施形態に係るスケジューリングシステム1によるスケジューリング方法について説明する。本実施形態に係るスケジューリング方法は、概略的には、製品の生産計画情報12が複数配置された各製造工程の生産スケジュールPSを取得する生産スケジュール取得工程と、製造工程毎に取得した生産スケジュールPSを組み直す組み直し工程とを備える。組み直し工程は、生産スケジュールPSに作業可能時間があるか判定する作業可能時間判定工程と、作業可能時間がある場合に、生産スケジュールPSに配置されている複数の生産計画情報12の中から作業可能時間に再配置可能な生産計画情報12を特定する生産計画情報特定工程と、特定した生産計画情報12を再配置する再配置工程とを含む。
本実施形態に係るスケジューリング方法について図26を参照して詳述する。まず、スケジューリング装置100は、生産計画情報12を取得し、取得した複数の生産計画情報12を各製造工程のスケジュールに配置することで各製造工程の生産スケジュールPSを作成する(図26のS10:生産スケジュール作成工程)。
以上説明したように、本実施形態に係るスケジューリング装置100は、一又は複数の部品を含む製品の生産計画情報12が複数配置された各製造工程の生産スケジュールPSを取得する生産スケジュール取得処理と、製造工程毎に取得した生産スケジュールPSを組み直す組み直し処理とを実行可能に構成されており、組み直し処理は、生産スケジュールPSに作業可能時間があるか判定する作業可能時間判定処理と、作業可能時間がある場合に、生産スケジュールPSに配置されている複数の生産計画情報12の中から作業可能時間に再配置可能な生産計画情報12を特定する生産計画情報特定処理と、特定した生産計画情報12を再配置する再配置処理とを含み、生産計画情報12は、製品の製造工程毎の工程リードタイムと、製品の製造工程毎の作業予定日及び作業完了日とを備える。
以上、本発明の好適な実施形態について説明したが、本発明の技術的範囲は、上述した実施形態に記載の範囲には限定されない。上述した実施形態には、多様な変更又は改良を加えることが可能である。

特定した前記追加生産計画情報を配置する追加配置処理と

請求項1又は2に記載のスケジューリング装置。 - 前記生産スケジュールに配置された複数の前記生産計画情報を所定の条件で組分けして組分けした組毎に再配置可能に構成されている
請求項1又は2に記載のスケジューリング装置。 - 前記製造工程で使用される加工機の不具合を取得可能な不具合取得手段を備え、
前記不具合取得手段が前記不具合を取得した場合に、前記不具合が発生した前記加工機を使用する前記製造工程の前記生産スケジュールを前記組み直し処理から除外するように構成されている
請求項1又は2に記載のスケジューリング装置。 - 前記製造工程毎の担当人員の勤怠情報を取得可能な勤怠情報取得手段を備え、
前記勤怠情報から前記担当人員が不足する日時に前記生産計画情報を再配置不可能に構成されている
請求項1又は2に記載のスケジューリング装置。 - 一の前記生産計画情報を複数に分割して前記生産スケジュールに再配置可能に構成されている
請求項1又は2に記載のスケジューリング装置。 - 一又は複数の部品を含む製品の生産計画情報が複数配置された各製造工程の生産スケジュールを取得する生産スケジュール取得工程と、
前記製造工程毎に取得した前記生産スケジュールを組み直す組み直し工程と
を備え、
前記組み直し工程は、
前記生産スケジュールに作業可能時間があるか判定する作業可能時間判定工程と、
前記作業可能時間がある場合に、前記生産スケジュールに配置されている複数の前記生産計画情報の中から前記作業可能時間に再配置可能な前記生産計画情報を特定する生産計画情報特定工程と、
特定した前記生産計画情報を再配置する再配置工程と
を含み、
前記生産計画情報は、前記製品の前記製造工程毎の工程リードタイムと、前記製品の前記製造工程毎の作業予定日及び作業完了日とを備える
スケジューリング方法。 - 一又は複数の部品を含む製品の生産計画情報が複数配置された各製造工程の生産スケジュールを取得する生産スケジュール取得処理と、
前記製造工程毎に取得した前記生産スケジュールを組み直す組み直し処理と
をスケジューリング装置に実行させ、
前記組み直し処理は、
前記生産スケジュールに作業可能時間があるか判定する作業可能時間判定処理と、
前記作業可能時間がある場合に、前記生産スケジュールに配置されている複数の前記生産計画情報の中から前記作業可能時間に再配置可能な前記生産計画情報を特定する生産計画情報特定処理と、
特定した前記生産計画情報を再配置する再配置処理と
を含み、
前記生産計画情報は、前記製品の前記製造工程毎の工程リードタイムと、前記製品の前記製造工程毎の作業予定日及び作業完了日とを備える
