Description
入力要素と、
出力要素と、
速度線図上において第1回転部位、第2回転部位、第3回転部位及び第4回転部位がこの順で並ぶ歯車装置と、
を備え、
前記入力要素は、前記第1回転部位に接続可能、かつ、前記第2回転部位に接続可能であり、
前記出力要素は、前記第3回転部位に接続され、
前記第4回転部位は、回転状態と非回転状態を切り替え可能であり、
前記歯車装置は、
第1回転要素、第2回転要素、第3回転要素を備え、速度線図上において前記第2回転要素が前記第1回転要素と前記第3回転要素の間に配置される第1遊星歯車機構と、
第4回転要素、第5回転要素、第6回転要素を備え、速度線図上において前記第5回転要素が前記第4回転要素と前記第6回転要素の間に配置される第2遊星歯車機構と、
を備え、
前記第1回転部位は、前記第3回転要素で構成され、
前記第2回転部位は、前記第2回転要素と前記第6回転要素が結合されて構成され、
前記第3回転部位は、前記第1回転要素と前記第5回転要素が結合されて構成され、
前記第4回転部位は、前記第4回転要素で構成される、
ユニットが提供される。
ユニット100は、入力要素INと、
出力要素OUTと、
速度線図上において第1回転部位P1、第2回転部位P2、第3回転部位P3及び第4回転部位P4がこの順で並ぶ歯車装置2(図3)と、
を備える。
入力要素INは、第1回転部位P1に接続可能、かつ、第2回転部位P2に接続可能であり、
出力要素OUTは、第3回転部位P3に接続され、
第4回転部位P4は、回転状態と非回転状態を切り替え可能である。
歯車装置2は、
第1サンギヤS1、第1リングギヤR1、第1キャリヤC1を備え、速度線図上において第1リングギヤR1が第1サンギヤS1と第1キャリヤC1の間に配置されるダブルピニオンの第1遊星歯車機構PG1(図3)と、
第2サンギヤS2、第2キャリヤC2、第2リングギヤR2を備え、速度線図上において第2キャリヤC2が第2サンギヤS2と第2リングギヤR2の間に配置されるシングルピニオンの第2遊星歯車機構PG2(図3)と、
を備える。
第1回転部位P1は、第1キャリヤC1で構成され、
第2回転部位P2は、第1リングギヤR1と第2リングギヤR2が結合されて構成され、
第3回転部位P3は、第1サンギヤS1と第2キャリヤC2が結合されて構成され、
第4回転部位P4は、第2サンギヤS2で構成される。
ユニット100は、第1係合要素CL1と、
第2係合要素CL2と、
第3係合要素B1と、
を備え、
第1係合要素CL1の一方側は、入力要素INに接続され、
第1係合要素CL1の他方側は、第2回転部位P2に接続され、
第2係合要素CL2の一方側は、入力要素INに接続され、
第2係合要素CL2の他方側は、第1回転部位P1に接続され、
第3係合要素B1の一方側は、第4回転部位P4に接続され、
第3係合要素B1の他方側は、固定される。

速度線図上において第1回転部位、第2回転部位、第3回転部位及び第4回転部位がこの順で並ぶ歯車装置と、
を備え、
前記入力要素は、前記第1回転部位に接続可能、かつ、前記第2回転部位に接続可能であり、
前記出力要素は、前記第3回転部位に接続され、
前記第4回転部位は、回転状態と非回転状態を切り替え可能であり、
前記歯車装置は、
第1回転要素、第2回転要素、第3回転要素を備え、速度線図上において前記第2回転要素が前記第1回転要素と前記第3回転要素の間に配置される第1遊星歯車機構と、
第4回転要素、第5回転要素、第6回転要素を備え、速度線図上において前記第5回転要素が前記第4回転要素と前記第6回転要素の間に配置される第2遊星歯車機構と、
を備え、
前記第1回転部位は、前記第3回転要素で構成され、
前記第2回転部位は、前記第2回転要素と前記第6回転要素が結合されて構成され、
前記第3回転部位は、前記第1回転要素と前記第5回転要素が結合されて構成され、
前記第4回転部位は、前記第4回転要素で構成される、

第1係合要素と、
第2係合要素と、
第3係合要素と、

前記第1係合要素の一方側は、前記入力要素に接続され、
前記第1係合要素の他方側は、前記第2回転部位に接続され、
前記第2係合要素の一方側は、前記入力要素に接続され、
前記第2係合要素の他方側は、前記第1回転部位に接続され、
前記第3係合要素の一方側は、前記第4回転部位に接続され、
前記第3係合要素の他方側は、固定される、

第1乃至第3係合要素は、それぞれ前記歯車装置の軸方向外側に配置される、
ユニット。 - 請求項2に記載のユニットであって、
記第1乃至第3係合要素のうち係合する2要素を変更することで三つの変速段を実現する、
ユニット。 - 請求項2に記載のユニットであって、
前記第1係合要素の前記一方側と前記第2係合要素の前記一方側を一体部品で構成した、
