Abstract

The present invention relates to a stick-type lip cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition of the present invention has an improved melting sensation and thus an improved feeling of use, maintains formulation stability and thus exhibits excellent formability into a stick formulation, and has an improved blurry effect.

립스틱 등 일반적인 립 제품에서 입술을 부드럽고 자연스럽게 표현해주는 화장 효과를 블러리 효과(Blurry Effect)라고 지칭한다. 기존에 스틱 제형이 아닌 리퀴드 제형을 갖는 립 제품에서는 이러한 블러리 효과를 높이기 위해 엘라스토머 겔을 60 내지 80% 가량 첨가하였으나, 유분산 스틱 제형에서 엘라스토머 겔을 40% 이상 첨가할 경우 제형의 점도가 지나치게 높아져 충진 후 스틱의 표면이 고르지 않아 성형이 어렵고 스틱이 부러지는 등 제형 안정성의 문제가 발생하였다. 상기 왁스와 오일 파트에 해당하는 원료들을 각 함량에 따라 비이커에 계량한 후 85~90℃의 온도를 유지하며 호모 믹서(Homogenizer)를 이용하여 2,500 rpm으로 20분간 용융 혼합하였다. 이후 용융 혼합 상태의 유상부에 각각의 실리콘 크로스폴리머와 겔화제, 파우더상 및 색소를 첨가하고, 80~85℃의 온도를 유지하며 호모 믹서를 이용하여 2500 rpm으로 20분간 균일하게 분산하였다. 이후 제조된 조성물 내 기포를 제거하고, 불순물을 여과하여 이를 핫푸어링 타입 스틱형 용기에 80 ℃ 온도로 녹여 충진 및 냉각함으로써 스틱형 화장료 조성물을 제조하였다. 각각의 화장료 조성물의 블러리 효과 테스트 결과를 도 3에 나타내었다.The raw materials corresponding to the wax and oil parts were weighed in a beaker according to each content, and then melt-mixed at 2,500 rpm for 20 minutes using a homogenizer while maintaining a temperature of 85 to 90°C. Thereafter, air bubbles in the manufactured composition were removed, impurities were filtered, and the composition was melted at 80°C in a hot pouring type stick container, filled, and cooled to manufacture a stick-type cosmetic composition. The results of the blurring effect test for each cosmetic composition are shown in Fig. 3.

그 결과, 비교예 2의 조성으로 스틱형 화장료 조성물을 제조한 경우, 점성이 지나치게 높아 충진 후 성형성이 좋지 않았으며, 핫푸어링 타입으로 충전하였을 때 표면을 고르게 처리하는 후열과정이 이루어지지 못하여 온전한 스틱 형태를 형성하지 못하였다(도 4). 또한, 도 3의 블러리 테스트 결과에서 확인한 바와 같이 비교예 2의 경우 Gr level이 0.15로 실시예 대비 절반 정도 수준의 블러리 효과를 나타냈는바, 본 발명의 실시예가 보다 효과적임을 확인하였다.As a result, when a stick-type cosmetic composition was manufactured with the composition of Comparative Example 2, the viscosity was too high, resulting in poor formability after filling, and when filled in the hot pouring type, the post-heating process for evenly treating the surface was not performed, so a complete stick shape could not be formed (Fig. 4). 비교예 5의 조성으로 스틱형 화장료 조성물을 제조한 경우, Gr level이 0.25로 실시예에 비해 약간 낮은 정도의 블러리 효과를 나타내어 블러리 효과에는 겔화제의 종류보다 C13-15 알케인&디메치콘/비닐 디메치콘 크로스폴리머가 주요하게 작용하는 것을 확인하였다. 기능적 측면 이외에 안정성 측면에서 덱스트린 팔미테이트가 포함됨으로써 비교예2와 유사한 양상으로 점성이 지나치게 높아져 충진후 성형성이 좋지 않아 온전한 스틱 형태를 이루기 어려워 제형 안정성이 나빠 상품화가 어려움을 확인하였다(도 5).When a stick-type cosmetic composition was manufactured with the composition of Comparative Example 5, the Gr level was 0.25, showing a slightly lower blurring effect than the examples, confirming that the C13-15 alkane & dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer played a major role in the blurring effect rather than the type of gelling agent. 또한 비교예 6의 조성으로 스틱형 화장료 조성물을 제조한 경우, Gr level이 0.15로 실시예 대비 절반 정도 수준의 블러리 효과를 나타내었는 바, 블러리 효과에는 본 발명의 실시예가 가장 우수함을 확인하였다.In addition, when a stick-type cosmetic composition was manufactured with the composition of Comparative Example 6, the Gr level was 0.15, showing a blurring effect of about half that of the Example, confirming that the Example of the present invention was the best in terms of blurring effect.

실험예 3: C13-15 알케인&디메치콘/비닐 디메치콘 크로스폴리머 및 스테아로일 이눌린의 최적 조합비 확인Experimental Example 3: Confirmation of the optimal combination ratio of C13-15 alkane & dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer and stearoyl inulin

상기 표 1의 실시예 및 비교예 1, 비교예 3, 비교예 4에서 제조한 화장료 조성물이 피부에 도포되는 경우 각각의 멜팅감과 블러리 효과를 평가하였다. 구체적으로, 입술에서의 발림성과 화장 효과 및 용이성에 대해 25세 내지 40세의 여성 20명을 대상으로 이를 비교/평가하였고, 그 결과를 하기 표 2에 나타내었다. 이때 좋지 않은 사용감 평가 점수를 1로 하고 가장 좋은 평가 점수를 9로 하는 점수법을 사용하여 상기 실시예 및 비교예 1, 비교예3, 비교예 4의 조성물을 평가하였다.The melting sensation and blurring effect of the cosmetic compositions manufactured in Examples 1, 3, and 4 of Table 1 above were evaluated when applied to the skin. 그 결과, 상기 표 2에서 확인한 바와 같이 실시예의 경우 멜팅감, 블러리함 및 화장 용이성이 전반적으로 8.0 이상인 것으로 나타나, 제형의 사용감이 가장 우수한 것을 확인하였다. 특히, 비교예 1의 메이크업 조성물은 C13-15 알케인&디메치콘/비닐 디메치콘 크로스폴리머 및 스테아로일 이눌린이 포함되지 않아 멜팅감이 낮으며 블러리 효과가 높지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 한편 비교예 3과 비교예 4는 각각 스테아로일 이눌린 함량이 1.0%와 0.5%로, 실시예 대비 스테아로일 이눌린의 함량 증가시 화장 용이성이 떨어지는 결과를 얻었으며, 입술 위에 지나치게 많은 도포량이 형성되어 멜팅감과 블러리함에 대한 사용감에서도 선호도가 낮아지는 것을 확인하였다.Meanwhile, Comparative Examples 3 and 4 had stearoyl inulin contents of 1.0% and 0.5%, respectively, and showed that the ease of application decreased when the content of stearoyl inulin increased compared to the examples, and it was confirmed that the preference for the feeling of use due to the melting and blurring sensation was lowered because an excessive amount of application was formed on the lips.
