Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de perforation. Le dispositif de perforation comprend : une portion de mise en correspondance, la portion de mise en correspondance étant reliée de manière amovible à un arbre d'enclume d'une agrafeuse circulaire ; une portion de réception disposée sur le côté proximal de la portion de mise en correspondance, la portion de réception comprenant une cavité de réception qui s'ouvre vers le côté proximal ; et une portion de perforation, la portion de perforation comprenant une portion pointe et une première portion de liaison, la portion pointe étant reliée à la portion de réception au moyen de la première portion de liaison, et la portion pointe ayant un état de perforation dans lequel la portion pointe est exposée à partir de l'extrémité proximale de la cavité de réception et un état de stockage dans lequel la portion pointe entre au moins partiellement dans la cavité de réception. Selon la présente invention, lorsqu'il n'est pas nécessaire d'utiliser le dispositif de perforation pour perforer un tissu, la portion pointe peut être réglée vers l'état de stockage pour éviter des lésions accidentelles du tissu.
