  • This configuration of a segmented suction table is an interesting implementation option for a feeding table of a suitable length for large-sized laminar substrates, so that each suction zone can be activated or deactivated according to the lengths of the substrates being fed at any given time.
  • the laminar substrate feeder comprises a separator fixable on the feeding table for separation and alignment of substrates. laminar substrates when fed in parallel. Since the suction table is fixed, a movable separator design is not necessary as in the state of the art, thus reducing the difficulty and costs of manufacturing, and being a more reliable implementation without mechanical elements susceptible to failure.
  • This feature in combination with the means of lateral movement of the laminar substrate mentioned above allow the substrate to be brought against the separator so that it acts as a reference, which was not possible in the state of the art due to having a space between the separator and the feeding table for raising the table itself.

  • this type of processing machines comprise a feed table with suction and with wheels at the inlet for feeding and accelerating the laminar substrate coming from the laminar substrate feeder, however, with this configuration it is possible to dispense with the feed table in the preparation product application machine, being able to couple it to the laminar substrate feeder. Thanks to this configuration, maintenance tasks are facilitated, especially for cleaning, providing better access to the dosing and preparation product application rollers of the processing machine. In addition, continuity is provided for the transport of the laminar substrates.

The rest of the wheel axles (6) will continue moving providing traction to the cardboard sheet (3.1).

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation de substrats laminaires pour machines de traitement, comprenant : - des éléments d'approvisionnement et de guidage (2) d'au moins une pile de substrats laminaires (3) avec une jauge (4) à hauteur réglable pour le passage d'un seul substrat laminaire (3.1) à la fois, - une table d'alimentation (5) à aspiration, munie d'une pluralité de galets (6) disposés solidaires d'au moins un axe de rotation pour l'alimentation par déplacement du substrat laminaire (3.1), - et des moyens de traction situés après la jauge (4) dans le sens de déplacement du substrat laminaire (3.1) pour diriger le substrat laminaire (3.1) vers la machine de traitement. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la table d'alimentation (5) est fixe et comprend des moyens de commande conçus pour arrêter la rotation de l'axe de rotation correspondant de manière sélective.
