Abstract
一种铝托的定位打孔装置,包括机台(1),机台(1)的中部对称设有打孔台(2),打孔台(2)的上端设有打孔装置(3),打孔装置(3)两侧的机台(1)上设有水平移动的定位装置(4),打孔台(2)与机台(1)的两端之间分别设有水平的承接条(5);铝托(6)放置在承接条(5)上并通过定位装置(4)定位输送,打孔装置(3)对铝托(6)进行打孔。
Description
本实用新型涉及直线导轨加工领域,具体涉及一种铝托的定位打孔装置。
直线导轨主要包括铝托、光轴及滑块,铝托用于安装和固定光轴,需要在其上进行定位打孔,传统的加工方式是通过人工进料,不仅增加人工成本,定位也不够准确,且由于铝托较长,在加工过程中可能会受自重产生一些形变,影响铝托定位打孔的精度。
针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是如何实现铝托的机械化进料和定位,并在输送过程中给铝托支撑,防止其形变,提高定位打孔的精度,降低人工成本。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
一种铝托的定位打孔装置,包括机台,所述机台的中部对称设有打孔台,所述打孔台的上端设有打孔装置,所述打孔装置两侧的机台上设有水平移动的定位装置,打孔台与机台的两端之间分别设有水平的承接条;所述铝托放置在承接条上并通过定位装置定位输送,打孔装置对铝托进行打孔。
进一步的,所述打孔台为两个,均固定在机台上,两个所述打孔台之间存在间隙,打孔装置的输出端对应打孔台之间的间隙。
进一步的,所述承接条为两个,所述承接条分别固定在对应的打孔台和机台之间,所述承接条的高度与打孔台的高度持平。
进一步的,所述承接条上表面均匀嵌有多组滚珠,所述滚珠可以相对于承接条转动。
进一步的,所述打孔装置的钻头对应设置在两个打孔台之间的间隙的上端,所述钻头的上端设有打孔电机,打孔电机的后端通过支撑臂安装在电动伸缩杆的输出端,所述电动伸缩杆控制支撑臂上下移动;所述电动伸缩杆的下端设有支座,支座的下端设有滑块,滑块的下端对应设有滑轨,电机控制滑块在滑轨上前后移动来调整钻头的前后位置。
进一步的,所述定位装置包括安装在机台上的固定台,以及固定台上端的固定端;所述固定端为气缸A控制的固定压板A;所述固定台安装在机台的凹槽内,所述凹槽内设有丝杆,所述固定台套接在丝杆上,所述丝杆的两端安装在对应的机台和打孔台上,所述丝杆的一端与驱动电机的输出端连接。
进一步的,所述固定台的高度与打孔台的高度持平,固定台上对应承接条设有避让孔。
进一步的,所述打孔装置一侧的打孔台上设有固定压板B,所述固定压板B的上端与气缸B的输出端连接。
本实用新型相对于现有技术的有益效果:本实用新型的定位打孔装置利用可以水平移动的定位装置对铝托进行定位和输送,代替人工定位,打孔更精确;且在机台与打孔台之间设置承接条,在加工过程中,铝托一直搭接在承接条上,起到托举的作用,防止铝托在输送过程中的变形,提高加工精度;承接条上的滚珠起到润滑作用,减少摩擦阻力,铝托的输送更顺畅。

以下结合附图说明对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述,但本实施例并不用于限制本实用新型,凡是采用本实用新型的相似结构及其相似变化,均应列入本实用新型的保护范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种铝托的定位打孔装置,包括机台1,所述机台1的中部对称设有打孔台2,所述打孔台2为两个,均固定在机台1上,两个所述打孔台2之间存在间隙,打孔装置3的输出端对应打孔台2之间的间隙。所述打孔装置3两侧的机台1上设有水平移动的定位装置4,用于铝托的定位和输送;所述打孔台2与机台1的两端之间分别设有水平的承接条5,所述承接条5的高度与打孔台2的高度持平;承接条5为两个,分别固定在对应的打孔台2和机台1之间,如图3所示,所述承接条5上表面均匀嵌有多组滚珠51,所述滚珠51可以相对于承接条5转动,为了便于滚珠的转动,可以在承接条与滚珠之间的缝隙添加润滑油或石墨。所述铝托6放置在承接条5上并通过定位装置4定位输送,打孔装置4对铝托进行打孔。
所述定位装置4包括安装在机台1上的固定台41,以及固定台41上端的固定端;所述固定端为气缸A43控制的固定压板A44;所述固定台41安装在机台1的凹槽内,所述凹槽内设有丝杆11,所述固定台41套接在丝杆11上,所述丝杆11的两端安装在对应的机台1和打孔台2上,所述丝杆11的一端与驱动电机的输出端连接。所述固定台41的高度与打孔台2的高度持平,固定台41上对应承接条5设有避让孔。
所述打孔装置3的钻头31对应设置在两个打孔台2之间的间隙的上端,所述钻头31的上端设有打孔电机32,打孔电机32的后端通过支撑臂33安装在电动伸缩杆34的输出端,所述电动伸缩杆34控制支撑臂33上下移动;所述电动伸缩杆34的下端设有支座,支座的下端设有滑块35,滑块35的下端对应设有滑轨36,电机控制滑块35在滑轨36上前后移动来调整钻头31的前后位置。所述打孔装置3一侧的打孔台2上设有固定压板B37,所述固定压板B37的上端与气缸B38的输出端连接。
本实用新型的电机等驱动装置均连接定位装置,用于控制各部分的驱动定位,本实用新型的控制装置对各部件的参数进行控制,上述技术均为本领域的现有技术,故不再赘述。
使用过程:右侧的定位装置移动至最右端后,将铝托6的前端放在其固定台上,上端的固定压板在气缸A的作用下,将其固定,丝杆转动,右侧的定位装置带动铝托逐渐向打孔装置处移动,当铝托的前端到达打孔装置,右侧的定位装置松开回移一段距离,然后再次固定铝托,同时打孔装置旁边的固定压板B也对铝托进行固定,打孔装置工作,对铝托进行打孔;根据事先设定好的参数,右侧的定位装置定位输送铝托对其进行定位打孔。当铝托上的前半段打好孔后,右侧的定位装置后移到初始位置,左侧的定位装置移动对铝托进行定位和输送。本实用新型的定位打孔装置设置水平方向的承接条,承接条上设置滚珠,起到托举铝托的作用,防止其在输送过程的变形,提高打孔的精度。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

- 一种铝托的定位打孔装置,包括机台(1),其特征在于:所述机台(1)的中部对称设有打孔台(2),所述打孔台(2)的上端设有打孔装置(3),所述打孔装置(3)两侧的机台(1)上设有水平移动的定位装置(4),打孔台(2)与机台(1)的两端之间分别设有水平的承接条(5);所述铝托(6)放置在承接条(5)上并通过定位装置(4)定位输送,打孔装置(4)对铝托进行打孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种铝托的定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述打孔台(2)为两个,均固定在机台(1)上,两个所述打孔台(2)之间存在间隙,打孔装置(3)的输出端对应打孔台(2)之间的间隙。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种铝托的定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述承接条(5)为两个,所述承接条(5)分别固定在对应的打孔台(2)和机台(1)之间,所述承接条(5)的高度与打孔台(2)的高度持平。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种铝托的定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述承接条(5)上表面均匀嵌有多组滚珠(51),所述滚珠(51)可以相对于承接条(5)转动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种铝托的定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述打孔装置(3)的钻头(31)对应设置在两个打孔台(2)之间的间隙的上端,所述钻头(31)的上端设有打孔电机(32),打孔电机(32)的后端通过支撑臂(33)安装在电动伸缩杆(34)的输出端,所述电动伸缩杆(34)控制支撑臂(33)上下移动;所述电动伸缩杆(34)的下端设有支座,支座的下端设有滑块(35),滑块(35)的下端对应设有滑轨(36),电机控制滑块(35)在滑轨(36)上前后移动来调整钻头(31)的前后位置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种铝托的定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述定位装置(4)包括安装在机台(1)上的固定台(41),以及固定台(41)上端的固定端;所述固定端为气缸A(43)控制的固定压板A(44);所述固定台(41)安装在机台(1)的凹槽内,所述凹槽内设有丝杆(11),所述固定台(41)套接在丝杆(11)上,所述丝杆(11)的两端安装在对应的机台(1)和打孔台(2)上,所述丝杆(11)的一端与驱动电机的输出端连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种铝托的定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述固定台(41)的高度与打孔台(2)的高度持平,固定台(41)上对应承接条5设有避让孔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种铝托的定位打孔装置,其特征在于:所述打孔装置(3)一侧的打孔台(2)上设有固定压板B(37),所述固定压板B(37)的上端与气缸B(38)的输出端连接。
