Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de segmentation sous-cellulaire multimodale à l'aide de biomarqueurs photoclivables et/ou de cartes de densité de lecture transcriptomique. Les systèmes et les procédés fournissent une amélioration de la précision de segmentation de cellule pour des noyaux, un cytoplasme et des régions de membrane par l'utilisation de corrections optiques et de blanchiment à partir de multiples sources de marqueurs de morphologie photoclivables en combinaison avec des images 3D de haute qualité acquises avec un balayage à plage dynamique élevée, et des cartes de densité de lecture transcriptomique spatiale.
