Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'expansion de cellules hépatiques, le procédé comprenant (a) l'expansion des cellules hépatiques à l'intérieur d'une matrice extracellulaire dans un milieu d'expansion, le milieu d'expansion comprenant un substitut ou activateur de Wnt et un inhibiteur de la voie de signalisation Hippo, et de préférence à condition que le milieu d'expansion ne comprenne pas de nicotinamide.
