Abstract
La présente divulgation concerne des oligonucléotides double brin ciblant le gène de la sous-unité bêta E de l'inhibine humaine (INHBE), des compositions et des méthodes d'utilisation de ceux-ci, seuls ou en combinaison avec des agents thérapeutiques supplémentaires, pour prévenir et/ou traiter divers troubles liés à l'INHBE, notamment le maintien de la perte de poids obtenue. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les oligonucléotides double brin de l'invention comprennent certaines modifications chimiques, par exemple, des modifications de liaison internucléotidique stéréospécifiques, et présentent des propriétés avantageuses inattendues.
