Abstract

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de composés anti-miR-27b pour le traitement ou le soulagement de la maladie de Parkinson. On s'est aperçu que les composés de l'invention sont aptes à prévenir la dégradation neuronale dopaminergique dans des modèles de maladie de Parkinson, ainsi qu'à agir sur des voies importantes associées au développement de la maladie de Parkinson.
