Abstract
Derivati hinolil-propil-piperidina opste formule (I) u kojoj R1 oznacava H ili halogen, ili OH, R'1 je H, ili moze oznacavati halogen kada R1 takodje oznacava halogen, i R0 oznacava H, ili R1 i R0 zajedno formiraju vezu i R'1 oznacava H, R2 oznacava radikal karboksi, karboksimetil ili 2-karboksietil, i R3 oznacava alkil (1-6 C-atoma) koji je supstituisan sa 1-3 supstituenta odabrana izmedju OH, halogena, =O, COOH, alkiloksikarbonila, alkiloksi, alkiltio ili izmedju radikala fenila, feniltio ili fenilalkiltio koji sami mogu nositi 1-4 supstituenta [odabrana izmedju halogena, OH, alkila, alkiloksi, trifluormetila, trifluormetoksi, COOH, alkiloksikarbonila, CN, acetamido ili NH2] ili izmedju cikloalkila ili cikloalkiltio (3-7 clanova), ili izmedju aromaticnog heterociklila ili heterocikliltio (5-6 clanova) koji obuvhata 1-4 heteroatoma odabrana izmedju N, O ili S i koji su u datom slucaju sami supstituisani [halogenom, OH, alkilom, alkiloksi, CF3, OCF3, =OCOOH, alkiloksikarbonila, CN ili NH2], ili R3 oznacava propargil koji je supstituisan fenilom koji sam moze nositi 1-3 supstituenta [odabrana izmedju halogena, OH, alkila, alkiloksi, CF3, OCF3, COOH, alkiloksikarbonila, CN ili NH2], ili koji je supstituisan radikalom cikloalkilom koji sadrzi 3-7 clanova ili koji je supstituisan aromaticnim heterociklilom (5-6 clanova) koji obuhvata 1-4 heteroatoma odabrana izmedju N, O ili S i koji je u datom slucaju sam supstituisan [halogenom, OH, alkilo, alkiloksi, CF3, OCF3, =O, COOH, alkiloksikarbonilom, CN ili NH2], ili R3 oznacava cinamil ili 4-fenilbuten-3-il, ili R2 oznacava -CH2OH, alkiloksikarbonil, alkiloksikarbonil-metil ili alkiloksikarbonil-2-etil i R3 oznacava alkil (1-6 C-atoma) koji je supstituisan sa feniltio koji sam moze nositi 1-3 supstituenta [odabrana izmedju halogena, OH, alkila, alkiloksi, CF3, OCF3, COOH, alkiloksikarbonilom, CN ili NH2], sa cikloalkiltio (3-7 clanova) ili sa aromaticnim heterocikliltio (5-6 clanova) koji obuhvata 1-4 heteroatoma odabrana izmedju N, O ili S i koji je u datom slucaju sam supstituisan [halogenom, OH, alkilom, alkiloksi, CF3, OCF3, =O, COOH, alkiloksikarbonilom, CN ili NH2] ili R3 oznacava propargil koji je supstituisan fenilom koji sam moze nositi 1-3 supstituenta [odabrana izmedju halogena, OH, alkila, alkiloksi, CF3, OCF3, COOH, alkiloksikarbonila, CN ili NH2] ili koji je supstituisan cikloalkiom koji sadrzi 3-7 clanova ili koji je supstituisan aromaticnim heterociklilom sa 5-6 clanova koji obuhvata 1-4 heteroatoma odabrana izmedju N, O ili S i koji je u datom slucaju sam supstituisan [halogenom, OH, alkilom, alkiloksi, CF3, OCF3, =O, COOH, alkiloksikarbonilom, CN ili NH2], i R4 oznacava radikal alkil (1-6 C-atoma), alkenil-CH2- ili alkinil-CH2- (3-7 C-atoma), u obliku svojih diastereoizomera ili njihovih smesa, kao i u obliku svojih soli. Ovi novi derivati su narocito prikladni antimikrobni agensi.
