Abstract
Pronalazak se odnosi na lek, a narocito na polipeptidne kompozicije koje se koriste za lecenje pacijenata putem oralnog unosenja polipeptidnih medikamenata u njihov organizam. Predlozena polipeptidna kompozicija sadrzi polipeptid, molekulske tezine izmedju 1000 i 21.000, kao aktivnu komponentu, inhibitor proteolitickog enzima, kao sto je inhibitor tripsina na bazi soje, inhibitor pankreasnog tripsina, aprotinin, ili ovomukoid iz belanca pacijeg jajeta, i farmakoloski prihvatljivu organsku kiselinu i inertan eksclpijent, sa sledecim odnosom komponenata (u mas.%): polipeptid - 1,0-95,0; inhibitor proteolitickog enzima - 0,02-10,0; organska kiselina -1,0-94,0; inertan ekscipijent - ostatak. Materijali, koji povecavaju penetracionu sposobnost polipeptida, mogu da se dobiju u tu kompoziciju radi povecavanja njene efikasnosti.
