Abstract
Postupak za proizvodnju silikatne vatrostalne mase, nabacivanjem gasovitog kiseonika, čvrstih vatrostalnih čestica i čvrstih sagorljivih čestica koje sadrže čestice silicijuma, na jednu površinu koja je na temperaturi od bar 1000В°C, tako da se reakcija između sagorljivih čestica i kiseonika odvija na toj površini, čime se oslobađa toplota reakcije na toj površini, tako da se obrazuje koherentna vatrostalna masa koja sadrži kristobalit, nazn ačen time, što čvrste vatrostalne čestice sadrže silicijum dioksid u vidu prozirnog kvarcnog stakla.
