Abstract
Un proceso de aglomeracion para preparar una composicion detergente granular con una densidad de 600 g/l que comprende los siguientes pasos: a)dispersar un agente tensoactivo, con un polvo fino que tiene un diámetro de 0,1 a 500 micrones,en un mezclador, donde las condiciones del mismos incluyen:i) de 2 a 50 segundos de tiempo de residencia; ii) de 4 a 25 m/s de velocidad de punta y iii) de 0,15 a 7 kj/kg de condicion de energía, donde los primerosaglomerados se forman; b) aspersion del líquido sobre los primeros aglomerados en un mezclador donde las condiciones del mezclador incluyen : i) de 0,2 a 5segundos de tiempo de residencia; ii) de 10 a 30 m/s de velocidad; y iii) de 0,15 a 5 kj/kg de condiciones de energía. Composicion detergente granular quese prepara segun el proceso anteriormente descripto.
