Abstract

Pellets extruidos con un porcentaje de disgregacion > 90% al cabo de 30 minutos, que además del principio activo y celulosa microcristalina comprendenuno o varios agentes expansivos, uno o varios tensioactivos y/o un ligante, uno o variosfil mogenos y una o varias cargas. Los principios actiovspreferidos en los pellets de la invencion son (+/-)-1-(9H-carbazol-4-iloxi)-3- [(2-(2-metoxifenoxi)-etil)-amino]-2-propanol (Carvedilol), ácido 2-{4-[2-[(4-cloro-benzoil)-amino]etil]-fenoxi}-2-met ilpropionico (Bezafibrato), 1-[[p-[2- (5-cloro-o-anisamido)etil]fenil]sulfonil]-3-ciclohexilurea (Glibenclamida) o1-isopropil-3-[(4-m-toluidino-3-piridil)sulfonil]-urea (Torasemida). Los pellets se preparan por un procedimiento queconsiste en mezclar los principiosactivos con el resto de los ingredientes, granular, extruir, redondear y eventualmente presentar en tabletas, cápsulas o sobres y/o eventualmenteproveer de revestimientos adecuados. Uno o varios agentesexpansivos se e mplean en cominbacion con uno o varios tensioactivos y/o un ligante para preparardichos pellets.
