Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere, a un fusible de transmision de senal, que está hecho de un tubo (36), a una cinta de soporte (14) con un recubrimientoreactivo (18) adherido a un lado de dicha cinta por un ligante acoplado por encaje del primero enla segunda y al método para fabricar el fusible detransmision de senal, que comprende depositar sobre la cinta de soporte (14) una pintura reactiva (18) que contiene el ligante, la cual una vez seca forma unrecubrimiento reactivo (18). La cinta de soporte recubierta (14) es luego doblada, es decir, formada en una configuracion de canal para proporcionar un ladoconcavo interno de la cinta para recibir el recubrimiento reactivo (18). La cinta de soporte recubierta es luego insertada, preferiblemente, dentro de un tuboplástico (36) extruído. Un lado de la cinta de soporte puede estar hecha de un primer material (14a), al cual se adhiere el recubrimiento reactivo y el segundolado puede estar hecho de un segundo material (14b), que se liga o seadhiere a la superficie interna (36a) del tubo plástico (36) que contiene la cinta desoporte recubierta (14). El ligante hace que aun a altas cargas de recubrimiento reactivo (18), este se adhiera a la cinta de soporte recubierta (14) paraimpedir lamigracion del material reactivo. La cinta de soporte también resguarda el material reactivo, del tubo plástico (36) extruído caliente que la rodeadurante la fabricacion.
