Abstract

Métodos para la produccion de una proteína heterologa que se deriva de un ADN recombinante en células procarioticas, en el que dicha proteína heterologa se segrega extracelularmente como una proteína activa y correctamente plegada, y la célula procariotica contiene y expresa un vector que comprende el ADN que codifica dicha proteína heterologa, unido operativamente con el ADN que codifica el péptido de senal OmpA.
