Abstract

Un proceso para estabilizar una bebida para evitar la formacion de turbiedad que comprende tratar la bebida con un agente estabilizante que comprende sílice en partículas que tiene un diámetro medio de poro de por lo menos 6nm y la cual ha sido modificada por interaccion con un polímero soluble en agua que tiene grupos pirrolidona pendiendo de su cadena, el polímero está presente en a sílice en una cantidad en el rango de 5 a 35% en peso con respecto al peso anhidro de la sílice.
