Abstract

La presente se refiere a la producción de vectores y métodos útiles para la preparación de células de plantas genéticamente transformadas que expresan inmunógenos de organismos patógenos los cuales son utilizados para producir partículas inmunoprotectoras útiles en la preparación de vacunas, incluye genes vegetales optimizados que codifican la proteína HN del virus de la enfermedad de Newcastle, también se refiere a métodos de producción de un antígeno en una planta transgénica. Reivindicación 1: Una secuencia nucleotídica optimizada vegetal aislada que codifica el antígeno HN del virus de la enfermedad de Newcastle que comprende la secuencia de SEQ ID Nº:1.
