Abstract
El método incluye trabajo en caliente de una pieza del acero arriba indicado, templado y revenido a temperatura comprendida entre 680ºC y el punto Ac₁. Reivindicación 1: Un acero para tuberías de la industria del petróleo, caracterizado porque el acero comprende, como composición química, en % de peso, C: mayor que 0.35% hasta 1.00%, Si: 0.05% hasta 0.5%, Mn: 0.05 % hasta 1.0%, Al: 0.005% hasta 0.10%, Mo: mayor que 1.0 % hasta 10%, P: 0.025% o menos, S: 0.010% o menos, O: 0.01% o menos, N: 0.03% o menos, Cr: 0% hasta 2.0%, V: 0% hasta 0.30%, Nb: 0% hasta 0.1%, Ti: 0% hasta 0.1%, Zr: 0% hasta 0.1%, Ca: 0% hasta 0.01%, B: 0% hasta 0.003%, y balanceado con Fe e impurezas, en donde, cuando un ancho total en la máxima-mitad de un plano cristalino correspondiente al plano cristalino (211) de una fase a, que es obtenido por difracción de rayos X, es un HW en unidad de º, el ancho total en la máxima-mitad HW y el contenido de carbono expresado en % de peso en la composición química satisface la siguiente expresión (1), el contenido de carbono y un contenido de molibdeno expresado en % de peso en la composición química satisface la siguiente expresión (2), el número de carburos M₂C que poseen una estructura cristalina hexagonal y posee un diámetro circular equivalente de 1 nm o más es de 5 piezas o más por un mm cuadrado, y el límite elástico es de 758 MPa o más.
