Abstract

En la presente, se describen estructuras de soporte de biorreactor configuradas para ser utilizadas con recipientes que tienen diferentes diseños, y métodos para construir y utilizar tales biorreactores. Las estructuras de soporte descritas en la presente pueden incluir dos o más motores de agitador y sistemas de control o un motor de agitador de posición ajustable, un separador y/o tapa removibles, múltiples configuraciones para puertas y sondas, y múltiples mantas calefactoras para filtros de evacuación. En la presente también se describen métodos para fabricar un biorreactor con motor de multiagitador o motor de agitador de posición ajustable, como también métodos para modificar una estructura de soporte existente que debe utilizarse con un recipiente no diseñado originalmente para ser utilizado con la estructura de soporte existente, y métodos para operar estos biorreactores.
