UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN EXTRACTO EN POLVO DESODORIZADO DE RAICES DE VALERIANA, EN DONDE SE EXTRAEN LAS RAICES DE VALERIANA TRITURADAS CON AGUA, SE CONCENTRA EL EXTRACTO ACUOSO PARA CONSEGUIR UNA PROPORCION DE MATERIAS SECAS COMPRENDIDA ENTRE EL 10 Y 20%, SE AÑADE AL CONCENTRADO ALCOHOL O ACETONA PARA PRECIPITAR LAS SUBSTANCIAS GELATINOSAS RESPONSABLES DEL ASPECTO TURBIO DE LA BEBIDA RECONSTITUIDA A PARTIR DEL POLVO, ADICIONANDOSE UN HIDRATO DE CARBONO A LA MEZCLA HIDROALCOHOLICA O HIDROACETONICA CENTRIFUGADA Y SECANDOSE PARA OBTENER UN POLVO INSTANTANEO.
