Aussenheizkörper für die Herstellung von Haardauerwellen.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Aussenheizkörper für die Herstellung von Haardauerwellen und bezweckt die Schaffung einer Einrichtung, die ohne Verwendung von Federn das Öffnen und Schliessen sowie das Feststellen der Heizschalen in der Schliessstellung bewirkt. Die Erfindung liegt im wesentlichen darin, dass quer zur Längsachse des Aussenheizkörpers eine mit den Heizsehalen gelenkig verbundene Schraubenspindel angeordnet ist, die in Verbindung mit der Schraubenmutter die Verschwenkung der Heizschalen um deren Gelenk veranlasst.
In der Zeichnung sind drei Ausführungsbeispiele des Gegenstandes der Erfindung im Querschnitt dargestellt.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 haben die durch das Gelenk c miteinander verbundenen Heizschalen a, b Lageraugen h, k. In dem einen Lager ist eine Schraubenmutter g und in dem andern ein mit einer Bohrung versehener Arm f schwenkbar gelagert. Eine Schraubenspindel d geht frei drehbar durch die Bohrung des Schwenkarmes f hindurch und ist in die Mutter g eingeschraubt. Der Kopf e der Schraubenspindel d ist in einer Führung des Schwenkarmes f frei drehbar, jedoch unverschiebbar gelagert. Wird der Kopf e und dadurch die Schraubenspindel d nach der einen oder der andern Richtung gedreht, so bewirkt dies das Öffnen oder das Schliessen der Heizschalen a, b.
Bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 2 ist der entsprechend geformte Kopf e'der Schraubenspindel d in dem einen Lagerauge h schwenkbar gelagert, während der Schwenkarm l'des andern Lagers k mit glatter Bohrung zur Führung der Spindel d dient und gleichzeitig der Schraubenmutter g'ein solches Lager bietet, dass sie sich in ihm frei drehen, jedoch nicht verschieben kann. Der Unterschied gegenüber der Ausführung nach Fig. 1 besteht darin, dass bei dieser Ausführungsform die Spindel d undrehbar ist und das Verdrehen der Mutter g'die Verschwenkung der Heizschalen um ihr Gelenk c veranlasst.

The invention relates to outdoor heating elements for the production of permanent hair waves and aims to create a device which, without the use of springs, effects opening and closing and locking of the heating shells in the closed position. The invention consists essentially in the fact that a screw spindle is arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the external heating element, which is connected to the heating shells and, in conjunction with the screw nut, causes the heating shells to pivot about their joint.
In the drawing, three exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in cross section.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the heating shells a, b connected to one another by the joint c have bearing eyes h, k. A screw nut g is pivotably mounted in one bearing and an arm f provided with a bore in the other. A screw spindle d is freely rotatable through the bore of the swivel arm f and is screwed into the nut g. The head e of the screw spindle d is freely rotatable in a guide of the swivel arm f, but is mounted immovably. If the head e and thereby the screw spindle d is rotated in one direction or the other, this causes the heating bowls a, b to open or close.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the correspondingly shaped head e 'of the screw spindle d is pivotably mounted in one bearing eye h, while the pivot arm l' of the other bearing k with a smooth bore serves to guide the spindle d and at the same time the screw nut g'ein such a bearing offers that it can rotate freely in it, but not move. The difference compared to the embodiment according to FIG. 1 is that in this embodiment the spindle d cannot be rotated and the rotation of the nut g 'causes the heating shells to pivot about its joint c.
