Die Erfindung bezweckt, die im Haushalt gebräuchliche Fleichschneidmaschine in einfachster Weise in eine Mühle zum Zerreiben von Semmeln, Kaffee, Gewürz und dgl. zu verwandeln und erreicht dies dadurch, dass ein rotierender Mahlkegel, nach Abnahme der das Fleisch zerkleinernden Teile der Maschine mit deren Messerspindel lösbar gekuppelt und eine feststehende Mahltrommel an dem Maschinengehäuse abnehmbar befestigt wird.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht die den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende Einrichtung im Längsschnitt.
Die in dem Gehäuse 1 der gebräuchlichen Haushaltungsfleischschneidmaschine rotierende Förderschnecke 2 besitzt an ihrem einen Ende eine Messerspindel mit Vierkant 3, der gewöhnlich das Schneidemesser trägt. Auf diesen Vierkant wird, nach Abnahme des Messers, des zugehörigen Rostes und des Verschlussringes (welche Teile nicht zur Dar- stel, lung gebracht sind), eine vierkantige Hülse 4 aufgesetzt, die in die zentrale Höhlung 5 des Mahlkegels 6 ragt und einen Längsschlitz 7 aufweist, in welchen ein den Mahlkegel durchsetzender Bolzen 8 eingreift. Auf diese Weise ist der Mahlkegel mit der Schnecke 2 auf Drehung gekuppelt, ohne dass er an der achsialen Verschiebung gehindert wäre, welche zur Regelung der Feinheit des Mahlens erforderlich ist.
Die feststehende Mahltromme ! 9 ist mit Hilfe von Flügelschrauben 10 an dem Gehäuse 1 in bekannter Weise leicht abnehmbar befestigt. Die Trommel 9 ist mit einem abnehmbaren Bügel 10'ausgestattet, der den Mahlkegel in der Trommel festhält und eine Stellschraube trägt, mit deren Hilfe der Mahlkegel achsial einwärts verschoben werden kann. In dem Hohlraum 5 ist eine Schraubenfeder 12 untergebracht, die sich einerseits gegen die Hülse 4, andererseits gegen den Mahlkegel 6 stützt und bewirkt, dass die Verbindung der Hülse 4 mit dem Vierkant 3 verlässlich aufrecht erhalten wird, sowie dass der Mahlkegel 6 beim Lüften der Schraube 11 selbsttätig der Bewegung der letzteren folgt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Einrichtung an Fleischschneidmaschinen zwecks Verwendung derselben als Mühle zum Mahlen won Kaffee, Gewürz, Semmeln und dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ende der Förderschnecke (2) eine Hülse (4) befestigt wird und letztere mit dem Mahlkegel (6) längsverschiebbar verbunden ist, wobei die Mahltrommel in bekannter Weise am Gehäuse der Fleischschneidmaschine lösbar befestigt ist.

The screw conveyor 2 rotating in the housing 1 of the common household meat cutting machine has at one end a knife spindle with a square 3, which usually carries the cutting knife. On this square, after removing the knife, the associated grate and the locking ring (which parts are not shown), a square sleeve 4 is placed, which protrudes into the central cavity 5 of the grinding cone 6 and a longitudinal slot 7 has, in which a pin 8 penetrating the grinding cone engages. In this way, the grinding cone is coupled to rotate with the screw 2 without it being hindered from the axial displacement which is necessary to regulate the fineness of the grinding.
The fixed grinding drum! 9 is easily removably attached to the housing 1 in a known manner by means of wing screws 10. The drum 9 is equipped with a removable bracket 10 'which holds the grinding cone in the drum and carries an adjusting screw with the aid of which the grinding cone can be axially displaced inwards. A helical spring 12 is housed in the cavity 5, which is supported on the one hand against the sleeve 4 and on the other hand against the grinding cone 6 and ensures that the connection of the sleeve 4 with the square 3 is reliably maintained, and that the grinding cone 6 when the Screw 11 automatically follows the movement of the latter.
