Abstract

Eine Gusswerkzeug-Spannvorrichtung (20) umfasst eine Zugplatte (29), die unterhalb einer Druckaufnahmeplatte (22) angeordnet ist, eine bewegliche Platte (28), die oberhalb der Druckaufnahmeplatte (22) angeordnet ist und dazu gestaltet ist, durch einen Gusswerkzeugöffnungs- und Schließmechanismus (27) auf und ab bewegt zu werden, und Führungssäulen (31), die sich abwärts von der beweglichen Platte (28) erstrecken und die Druckaufnahmeplatte (22) und die Zugplatte (29) durchdringen. Die Gusswerkzeug- Spannvorrichtung (20) ist dazu ausgestaltet, Gusswerkzeuge (12), die zwischen der Druck- aufnahmeplatte (22) und der beweglichen Platte (28) angeordnet sind, zu spannen. Ein Sägezahnabschnitt (36) ist an einem unteren Ende an jeder der Führungssäulen (31) ausgebildet und eine Halb-Buchse (26), die mit dem Sägezahnabschnitt (36) in Eingriff steht, ist unterhalb der Zugplatte (29) vorgesehen.
