Abstract
Das Innere eines Heizzylinders (2) ist infolge der Form einer Schnecke (3) in eine erste Stufe (5) und eine zweite Stufe (7) unterteilt. In der ersten Stufe (5) ist eine erste Verdichtungszone ausgebildet, in der ein Harz verdichtet wird. In der zweiten Stufe (7) sind eine Unterversorgungszone (7a), in die ein Inertgas injiziert wird, und eine zweite Verdichtungszone, in der das Harz verdichtet wird, ausgebildet. Einen Barrieregang (13), den man durch Kombination eines Hauptgangs (14) und eines Nebengangs (15), der einen größeren Steigungswinkel als der Hauptgang hat, erhält, ist an einem Abschnitt der Schnecke (3) vorgesehen, wobei dieser Abschnitt der ersten Verdichtungszone entspricht. Ein weiterer Abschnitt der Schnecke (3), der der zweiten Stufe (7) entspricht, ist mit einem Mehrfachgang ausgestattet.
