Abstract

Eine Schnecke (3) für eine Spritzgussanlage (1) bildet in einem Heizzylinder (2) einen ersten Komprimierabschnitt (6) zum Komprimieren eines Harzes, einen Dekomprimierabschnitt (9) zum Absenken eines Druckes eines Harzes und eines inerten Gases, das darin eingeführt ist, und einen zweiten Komprimierabschnitt (10), um von seiner Rückseite zu seiner Vorderseite das Harz zu komprimieren. Die Schnecke (3) weist zwischen dem ersten Komprimierabschnitt (6) und dem Dekomprimierabschnitt (9) eine vorbestimmte Dichtstruktur (7) zur Verhinderung einer Rückwärtsströmung des Harzes und einen Dekomprimier­ Entspannungsabschnitt (5) auf, der auf einer stromabwärtigen Seite der Dichtstruktur (7) angeordnet ist und eine vorbestimmte Form eines Gewindeganges hat. In dem Dekomprimier­ Entspannungsabschnitt (5) sind mindestens zwei Flachnutenbereiche (13) mit einer flachen Schneckennut zwischen den Schneckengängen in der axialen Richtung ausgebildet.
