Abstract

Es werden eine Formschließvorrichtung (2) und eine Spritzgießmaschine (1) mit einem Führungsmechanismus bereitgestellt, die das Herunterfallen bzw. Absacken einer beweglichen Platte (11A) zuverlässig verhindert. Die Formschließvorrichtung (2) umfasst: eine feste Platte (9), die an einem Unterbau (B) befestigt ist; ein Formschließgehäuse (10), das so konfiguriert ist, dass es auf dem Unterbau (B) verschiebbar ist; eine bewegliche Platte (11A), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie auf dem Unterbau (B) zwischen der festen Platte (9) und dem Formschließgehäuse (10) verschiebbar ist; eine Vielzahl von Holmen (13), die die feste Platte (9) und das Formschließgehäuse (10) verbinden und die bewegliche Platte (11A) durchdringen; einen Formschließmechanismus (15), der zwischen dem Formschließgehäuse (10) und der beweglichen Platte (11A) vorgesehen ist; eine Linearführung (19), die mit der beweglichen Platte (11A) versehen und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie in Bezug auf das Unterbau (B) gleitet; und eine Holmführungsbuchse (20), die an der beweglichen Platte (11A) vorgesehen und so ausgebildet ist, dass sie relativ zu dem, Holm (13) gleitet.
