Abstract

Eine Absperrdüse (22) beinhaltet: eine Einspritzdüse (25), in der ein Fließweg (37) ausgebildet ist; ein Nadelventil (27), das in dem Fließweg (37) koaxial zu der Einspritzdüse (25) vorgese- hen ist, wobei das Nadelventil (27) in einer axialen Richtung vorwärts und rückwärts bewegbar ist; und einen Führungsring (32), der in dem Fließweg (37) vorgesehen ist. Das Nadelventil (27) beinhaltet einen säulenförmigen Schaftabschnitt (30) und der Führungsring (32) ist so konfiguriert, dass er die Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsbewegung des Nadelventils (27) an dem Schaftab- schnitt (40) führt. Eine Einspritzvorrichtung (3) beinhaltet: einen Heizzylinder (16); eine im Heizzylinder (16) vorgesehene Schnecke (17); und die im Heizzylinder (16) vorgesehene Absperr- düse (22). Eine Spritzgießmaschine (1) beinhaltet: eine Form- spannvorrichtung (2), die zum Spannen einer Form (13, 14) konfi- guriert ist; und die Einspritzvorrichtung (3), die zum Einsprit- zen eines Harzes konfiguriert ist.
