    Diese Einrichtungen entsprechen wohl dem Bedürfnis, kleine Mengen von Flüssigkeiten   zu sterilisieren. Sobald es sich aber um grosse Quantitäten trüben Wassers handelt, versagen sie durch ungenügende Bestrahlung völlig, da bei schnellem Fliessen die Zeit zu kurz wird, damit von allen Seiten die Teilchen dem wirkenden Lichte ausgesetzt werden. 



   Durch    Versuche hat der Frfinder nun festgestellt,   dass grosse Flüssigkeitsmengen selbst bei grosser Geschwindigkeit dann völlig sterilisiert wurden, wenn man, wie dies nachstehend
