Process for avoiding steam losses in the process for degassing liquids to be distilled, protected by patent no. 75051, in particular
Additional feed water for steam boiler.
The present invention relates to a special embodiment of the distillation and degassing system for liquids according to patent no. 75051. The invention consists in that the vapor formed in the evaporator, which has the same voltage as the vacuum chamber downstream of the preheater, is used to heat the preheater, whereby the liquid in the preheater is heated to near its boiling point. however, evaporation can never occur there, so that no vapor deposits arise during gas extraction.
In the drawing, a distillation and degassing system for liquids according to the present invention is shown schematically in section in an exemplary embodiment.
The water flowing through the pipe a in the preheater b in the direction of the arrow drawn reaches the vacuum chamber o connected through the pipe d to the condenser i and an air pump, where it is degassed, and from here through the pipe e into the evaporator f, which is heated by means of the steam flowing in through the pipe g. The steam that forms in the evaporator is passed through the water separator h, where it is dehydrated and then, according to the invention, passed into the preheater b. As a result, the liquid flowing through the preheater is heated to close to its boiling point without it being able to evaporate in this, so that no steam losses can occur when the gas is extracted from the vacuum chamber c. From the preheater!) The steam then flows into the condenser i.
The pipe q 'returns the water removed from the steam in the water separator h to the lower chamber of the evaporator f. The sludge water that has built up is removed from this through the barometric pipe q.
The capacitor i, if pure condensate, z. U. of steam turbines, for supply
