Abstract
Cette courroie (16) est destinée à une presse à emprise prolongée, pour la déshydratation d'une nappe fibreuse (17), la presse à emprise prolongée ayant un cylindre (12) de pressage et un patin (14) courbe de pression qui délimitent ensemble une emprise (10) entre eux, la courroie passant dans l'emprise (10) avec une toile (15) de pressage supportant et transportant la nappe fibreuse à déshydrater entre la toile (15) de pressage et le patin courbe de pression, la courroie ayant un côté patin et un côté toile et compenant : une toile de base (22) sous forme d'une boucle sans fin ayant une surface interne (20) et une surface externe (19), la direction de la machine de la presse à emprise prolongée étant disposée autour de la boucle et la direction transversale à la machine étant transversale à la boucle, un revêtement d'une résine polymère formé à la surface interne de la toile de base, le revêtement imprégnant partiellement la toile de base et la rendant imperméable aux liquides, le revêtement étant lisse et donnant à la courroie une épaisseur uniforme, la surface interne étant le côté du patin de la courroie.
