Abstract
En effectuant la dépolymérisation de solutions stabilisées de polydésoxyribonucléotides fortement polymérisés et coupés, obtenus par agrégation stabilisante d'acides nucléiques bruts, la dépolymérisation étant effectuée par chauffage à une température réglée et étant contrôlée en fonction de la variation de l'hyperchomicité réversible, puis par élimination des liaisions hydrogène dans les filaments à deux brins, et par stabilisation thermique les filaments à un seul brin, on obtient le polydésoxyribonucléotide appelé Défibrotide.
