Abstract

Un système pour la commande dans la production du noir de carbone dans un réacteur à plusieurs étages ZB+ZIA+ZR exploite des variables telles que le débit d'alimentation, etc. pendant que le réacteur fonctionne. Les variables de sortie du noir de carbone sont prédites d'après les variables d'entrée mesurées. Les valeurs moyennes des variables prédites servent à corriger les variables d'entrée pour obtenir un produit reproductible. Les variables de sortie sont aussi mesurées au laboratoire et servent à affiner la conduite des opérations.
