Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés du monophoshoryllipide A et un procédé de préparation de celui-ci. Les dérivés contiennent un ou plusieurs radicaux libres, comme les radicaux amine, sur une chaîne latérale attachée aux radicaux hydroxyle primaires du noyau monophosphoryllipide A par l'intermédiaire d'un radical ester. Les dérivés en question fournissent un procédé commode de couplage du lipide A par l'intermédiaire d'agents de couplage à divers matériaux et substrats biologiquement actifs, où l'on souhaite voir apparaître les propriétés immunostimulantes du lipide A.
