Abstract

L'invention concerne un anticorps monoclonal dirigé contre la séquence d'acide aminés 81 à 460 de la partie extracellulaire du précurseur APP du peptide ABP, cet anticorps étant capable de reconnaître les deux types de lésins caractéristiques de la maladie d'Alzheimer et la forme soluble du précuseur APP. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ce anticorps pour la détection des lesions caractéristiques de la maladie d'Alzheimer ainsi que pour le dosage de la forme soluble de l'APP. L'invention concerne aussi l'hybridome produisant cet anticorps monoclonal ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation de cet hybridome.
