Abstract
Werkwijze voor het vervaardigen van bonbons met een steeltje of dergelijke, daardoor gekenmerkt dat gebruik wordt gemaakt van een gietvorm (1) met tenminste één verdiept gedeelte (3) waarvan de wand is voorzien van een opening (4) en die erin bestaat om een steeltje (5) of dergelijke doorheen de opening (4) aan te brengen zodanig dat nog een uiteinde (6) ervan zich uitstrekt in het verdiept gedeelte (3), waarna een afgemeten hoeveelheid gesmolten chocolade (7) of dergelijke in dit verdiept gedeelte (3) wordt gegoten en wordt afgekoeld, één en ander zodanig dat, na het stollen van de chocolade (7) of dergelijke, een bonbon (11) wordt gevormd waarin het voornoemde steeltje (5) of dergelijke met zijn voornoemde uiteinde (6) in de chocolade (7) is ingegoten.
