L'invention est relative à un dispositif d'ouverture pour bottes à conserves et notamment pour bottes métalliques à con- server les légumes, viandes, sardines, poissons, etc..,
L'invention consiste dans le fait qu'un organe destiné à produire l'ouverture de la botte à conserves et solidariser de cette dernière est actionnée au moyen d'un élément, disposé à l'extérieur de la botte et qui est susceptible de se dépla- ces sur cette dernière.
Suivant l'invention cet organe est constitué par un fil d'acier sur la face inférieure du couvercle de la botte avant

le placement de ce dernier sur la boîte, las deux extrémités de ce fil passant à travers un orifice ménagé dans ce couver- cle, l'une de ces extrémités étant recourbée en forme de crochet taudis que l'autre extrémité dépasse légèrement le bord du cou- vercle de manière à pouvoir y attacher l'élément susdit.
Cet élément est notamment constitué par une clé dont l'ex- trémité est pourvue d'une encoche et d'un orifice permettant le passage et l'enroulement du fil d'acier autour de cette clé lors du déplacement de cette clé sur le couvercle de la botte.
D'ailleurs l'invention sera décrite en détail ci-dessous qui représentent à titre avec références aux figures du dessin annexé exemplatif et non limitatif une forme de réalisation de l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue en plan du couvercle; la figure 2 est une coupe à plus grande échelle suivant la ligne II-II de la figure 1; les figurs 3 et 4 sont respectivement une vue en plan et une vue en coupe de la clé destinée à l'ouverture de la boite à conserves; la figure 5 est une vue en perspective de la botte à con- serves pourvue de la clé d'ouverture.
Sur la face inférieure du couvercle 1.. est fixé par soudure ou de toute autre manière un fil d'acier 2. Le couvercle métal.- lique 1 est pourvu d'un orifice 3 par lequel passent les extré- mités 4 et 5 du fil métallique 1 disposé parallèlement au pour- tour du couvercle 1. L'extrémité 4 du fil 1 est repliée en for- me de crochet sur la face supérieure du couvercle 1 tandis que l'extrémité 5 dépasse d'une certaine quantité cette face supé- rieure. Le couvercle ainsi préparé est solidarisé par tout moyen approprié de la botte à conserves.6; l'orifice 3 ayant été préalablement renfermé par tout moyen approprié.
L'ouverture de la botte à conserves 6 sera réalisée en utilisant un élément ou clé 7 coopérant avec l'organe ou fil d'acier 2.

La olé 7 est de conformation analogue aux clés habituelles d'ouverture des bottes à 'sardines .Néanmoins l'extrémité 8 de la clé 7 est pourvue d'une encoche 9 attendant sur la moitié. ; de la hauteur de la clé tandis que l'extrémité antérieure est échancrée sur toute la hauteur. Les bords antérieurs de cette échancrure sont ensuite rapprochés de manière à laisser un petit' orifice 10 par lequel passera l'extrémité 5 du fil ce qui per- mettra d'attacher également la clé 7 à la botte 6.
Pour ouvrir la botte 6, la clé 7 qui a été préalablement solidarisée de l'extrémité 5, du fil 2. sera déplacée dans la sens de la flèche x (fig.2) tout en la faisant tourner sur elle.. sorte - .
