<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Kettle handle ,,.
The invention relates to a characteristic handle for kettles as well as its particular method of attachment to the utensil.
The arrangement and the profile of these elements are designed so that the hand does not come to touch the parts of the metal, when tilting the kettle, for example to pour hot water.
The invention is illustrated in the accompanying figures, which represent a preferred but not exclusive mode of the invention.
In these drawings:
Figure 1 is an elevational view of the shackle and attachment elements.

Figure 3 is a side view, and Figure 5 is a plan view *
According to these figures, the invention substantially comprises a handle 3, the two ends of which are each trapped in a pair of lugs 4 secured respectively to the consoles 1 and. so as to achieve maximum rigidity.
The rectilinear lower part is intended to be mounted in a fixed or oscillating manner on the wall of the utensil, in this case, the kettle, In the upper part produced by the pairs of mumps'4 are introduced the ends of the handle 3 and there rigidly fixed to the intervention of a rivet, pin or other equivalent element.
Its consoles 1 and 2 are symmetrical or ncn. They can be made of aluminum, brass, copper or any other material and manufactured in any known manner.
The handle 3 has a concave shape specially designed so that the hand is not placed in contact with the metal parts when using the utensil.
For the purpose of perfecting the insulation, the handle can be in bay, in molded material, in metal tube or in a general way in any material that can constitute an insulation,
It is understood that this handle thus arranged can be easily mounted on any type of utensil.
