Cone or round crusher,
The present invention relates to o8ne or round mills in which the support axis of the crusher cone rests in an eccentric bush and is driven in a rotational movement via the latter. The invention relates in particular to such cone crushers, in which the support axis of the crusher rod is suspended at its upper end. The eccentric bush, arranged at the lower end of the support axis, is supported by a paddle grain arranged in the body of the machine and carries a bevel pinion, with which a bevel pinion mounted on the shaft meshes. control.
In the event that grain wear occurs, the eccentric bush moves downward, and hence also the bevel gear carried by it, so that the meshing of the bevel gears becomes unfavorable. To avoid this inconvenience, sheet metal furs have been placed under the grain, the number and thickness of which can be changed from time to time in a manner corresponding to the wear of the grain *
However, for this purpose it is always necessary to release the slider, which involved a complicated disassembly of the exentric bush, an operation for which it was necessary first to

corns remove the c8ne with its support shaft and other parts of the machine.
The present invention eliminates this drawback by the fact that the crapaudine grain, supporting the eccentric bush, is carried by a threaded adjustment rod mounted in the body of the crusher so as to be able to rotate.
By an angular movement of rotation communicated to the threaded rod, it is possible, when there has been wear of the slider, to move in height in a simple manner, the grain and consequently the eccentric bush and ensure or restore the meshing. correct bevel gears. It is no longer necessary to dismantle machine parts to allow grain to move upwards. The adjusting threaded rod is preferably constructed in such a way that the supply of lubricating oil to the slider and to the eccentric sleeve is not hampered by the angular rotational movement of the threaded rod.
It is known, in a grinder è. cana, to support the tree, carrying the crusher cone, on a grain which can be moved in height by means of a threaded rod.
The purpose of this movement is to be able to vary the width of the grinding interval of the mill. The threaded rod has no influence on the eccentric bush carrying the control toothed pinion. In the case of the object of the invention, the threaded adjustment rod is not used to move the shaft carrying the crusher cone, but to move the eccentric bush in height with a view to adjusting the meshing of the pinions. control teeth for the eccentric sleeve.
The accompanying drawing shows in a sectional view an exemplary embodiment of the object of the invention.
The axis 2, carrying the crusher cone 1, is suspended at its upper end in the head 3. The lower end of the axis 2 rests in the eccentric bush 4, which is supported by the grain 6, mounted in the body 5 of the crusher, and which can rotate in the cylindrical part 7

of the mulcher body. The eccentric sleeve 4 carries a bevel pinion 8, with which meshes the bevel pinion 10, mounted on the drive shaft 9. The grain 6 is carried by a threaded rod 11, which is mounted in the body 5 of the crusher and which comprises , at its free end projecting outside the body 5, a four-sided head 12.
The projecting part of the threaded sleeve 11 carries a seal nut 13. By turning the threaded rod 11 using a wrench placed on the four-sided head 12, the height position of the grain can be varied. 6. It is thus possible, if necessary, to regulate at any time in a simple manner the engagement of the teeth of the two toothed pinions 8,9. In order to prevent an involuntary movement of rotation of the threaded rod 11 under the effect of the grain 6 rotating with the eccentric bush 4, a locking screw 14 is provided in the body 5 of the crusher, the free end of which s' engages in a corresponding recess of the threaded rod 11. This screw 14 is loosened when one has to turn the threaded rod 11.
The end. bearing the grain 6, the rod 'file .... tee 11 has a cavity 15 ,, into which open: channels 16 formed in the body of the rod 11.This cavity 15 is connected to the axial channel 17 of the grain 6 and to the latter the channel 18, provided in the bottom 4a. of the eccentric bush 4. Through the channels 16, the cavity 15 of the threaded adjustment rod 11 and the channels 17,18, the oil chamber 19, in the body of the mill, is in communication. with the interior space 20 of the eccentric sleeve 4.
In the chamber 19 opens the pipe 21 for supplying oil.
The engagement of the toothed gears 8, 10 can be checked at any time, with suitable measuring instruments, by the opening 22 in the body of the crusher which is located above the control mechanism and which can be, closed by a cover 24, The bringing of ethnile to the crapaudine can also take place in another way *
