 EMI1.1

  B R E V .

  Demandeurs du brevet:   ROFFIAEN   Sterfaan,
 EMI1.2

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 3>

  Patent applicants: ROFFIAEN Sterfaan,
 EMI1.2
 47, avenue de Scheepadsole, Bruges.

    GOOSSENS Aohille, @, la, Minderbroedersstraat, Bruges.

  Nature of the patent: patent for invention.

  Title of the invention: Sooiété game with children's versions and adult variants.

  Object of the game: To remove from the game as many chips as possible.

  This game includes: a bin divided into 16 lockers: 5 North lockers: 5 South lockers: 3 East lockers: 3 West lockers
50 tokens: 25 white tokens: 25 black tokens one die for a variant of the game.

  The tray, the tokens and the dice are made of wood, plastic, ivory, strong cardboard, in short any solid material presenting some resistance to wear and use.

  You need two players: either Jean and Paul.

  Rules of the Game, - First rule: first variant; The two players Jean and Paul, only use the 5 Norde 'lockers and the 5 South lockers of the ferry. John occupies the northern part and distributes his 25 'tokens, white in the 5 North box, at the rate of 5 tokens per box.

  Paul occupies the southern part and distributes his 25 black tokens in the 5 South lockers, at the rate of 5 tokens each.

  John starts to. play and take your choice of the 5 tokens from a North locker and distribute them one by one by playing to the right in the North and South lockers. Paul plays in turn following the same principle but takes the tokens from a South locker and distributes them by playing to his right.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

   Each player can only play with the tokens that line the lockers on his side. At the initial installation, each box contains 5 tokens but this number varies during the game, according to the successive distributions in the boxes *
The colors mix.

   Holds When one of the players places the last token of a distribution in a locker and notices that in this locker, taking into account the token he has just deposited there, there is
2 or 3 tokens, whatever the color, he takes these tokens which become taken.

   Whoever at the end of this game has totaled the most chips as a take wins.

  At the end of the game, 1, 2 or more tokens remain impregnable &.

   The player who took the last hold and blocked the jacks adds them to his hold.

     @ second variant: is played as in the first game but each player distributes his chips either to his right or to his left, as he sees fit.

     @ third variant is in fact a development of the second. Added to this is the confiscation of catches neglected by the adversary.

  Let us say that John has played to his right and does not succeed in a hold. Paul notices that if he had played to his left he would have picked up a hold. Paul blows John and takes the tokens from the box which added to the last distributed by John, would have given the number 2 or. 3.

  Second rule The North and East parts are for John. The South and West parts are in Paul.

  The players distribute their tokens as before, in the North and South lockers, at the rate of 5 tokens per locker.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 3>

  Each player has the choice to play to his left or to his right and to take into account the distribution of tokens, East and West oasis or not. The player must however always remember that the combination chosen by him is intended to give him a hold. If he misses a hold, his opponent blows him and collects the tokens complementary to the hold. The tokens that have failed during the distribution in the East and West lockers play the same role as the tokens in the North and South lockers.

    The players can therefore: play to their left or right, play in the East and West parts, play in the East part and skip the West part, 'play in the West part and skip the Esi part, skip them. East and West parts.

  When a player's hold reaches 15 tokens, he is obliged to distribute them in his 3 East or West lockers and he plays as he sees fit. This stake is only made once by each player in the game, and the game continues until the best player wins.

    Third rule: The game is the same as the second rule but it is a 6-sided die, which decides the box whose tokens are to be distributed either to the left or to the right, in the East and West boxes or not.
