Abstract

Beta-lactames portant un substituant (R5,R6,O, C SO3H) en position 1 et un substituant acylamine en position 3. Ils répondant à la formule (I), dans laquelle R1 est un radical acyle, un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement protecteur de la fonction amine, R2 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical méthoxy, R3, R4, R5, et R6 sont identiques ou différents et sont chacun, de préférence, un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle inférieur. Ces composés sont utilisables comme agents antibactériens.
